Upstairs: one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160cm) and a cot, one bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and two single beds (90cm), one bedroom with a single bed (120cm), shower room, separate WC.

Two terraces (south and east facing) and a private enclosed garden with panoramic views and a pergola. Plancha grill, swing set, outdoor games, pétanque court, four sun loungers, private parking. The house is built of local stone, keeping the ground floor cool. Two fans are available for the upstairs.
Baby equipment: travel cot, high chair, baby bath.
Library, DVDs and board games for all ages, internet access (fiber optic). Heating is metered. Bed linen and kitchen towels are provided, and beds are made upon arrival. Bicycle storage is available. A Green Up socket is available for charging electric vehicles.

Hiking and fishing trails nearby, rock climbing. Tree climbing 10 km away at the Poltrot leisure park. Places to see: Brantôme in the Dordogne, the Vendoires peat bogs, Aubeterre-sur-Dronne, the castles of La Mercerie, Villebois-Lavalette, and Chalais. A cleaning deposit is required for companies. This independent cottage is attached to a house in a peaceful hamlet in southern Charente, a stone's throw from the Dordogne River. It has its own private entrance, no overlooking neighbors, and offers unobstructed views of the surrounding countryside.
