Dining area adjacent to the kitchen with a TV and a table for four to six people.

Bathroom with a large bathtub, sink, and towel storage unit (baby bathtub available on request).

RULES:

Maximum number of guests allowed throughout the stay: 5.
Parties, gatherings, and events are prohibited on the property.
Non-smoking accommodation.
No pets allowed.
Any use of the property for commercial purposes is prohibited without prior agreement.
The owner or their representative may schedule a visit for maintenance of the pool and technical room during your stay.

DEPOSIT:
€600 cheque not cashed if no damage is found.

High-speed FIBRE OPTIC WIFI. Bed sheets, blankets, and household linen included. No cleaning fee, but the house must be left in the same state of cleanliness as upon arrival.
