The cozy living area features a comfortable sofa and a large TV, perfect for relaxing evenings after a busy day.

The dining area includes a table that seats up to six guests and opens onto a terrace with a table and chairs ideal for enjoying a coffee or meal in the open air.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals: an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and practical utensils.

Three inviting bedrooms await you: two with queen-size beds (160x200) and one with a double bed (140x200). Each bed is carefully made with high-quality hotel linens to ensure a restful night's sleep.

The modern and functional bathroom includes a sink, mirror, and shower. For added convenience, a washing machine is also available.

You’ll have access to Wi-Fi throughout your stay and a smoke detector for your safety.

The apartment is professionally cleaned between each stay, ensuring a pristine environment for every guest.

Our home is located conveniently in the 7th arrondissement. Key pickup is within walking distance, and we'll provide detailed instructions for a smooth check-in. Thank you for choosing our home, and we're excited to have you as our guest!

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

The 7th arrondissement, between the Rhône (to the west), the Cours Gambetta to the north, the 8th arrondissement to the east and the commune of Saint-Fons to the south. It’s the largest district in Lyon. It is located on an almost flat territory, the alluvial plain of the Rhône. There are part of the universities, the Cité Scolaire Internationale, the Halle Tony Garnier where there are many fairs and concerts, the Parc de Gerland. The banks of the Rhône offer a very pleasant walk where cyclists, rollerbladers, joggers and walkers meet night and day!

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car - free parking on-site.

The nearest metro station, Debourg (line B), is just a 6-minute walk.

Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is approximately a 28-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.

For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
