About this property

Corner Studio · Two Lanais · No Resort Fees

A rare corner unit just 3 minutes from Waikiki Beach — with two private lanais, city skyline views, and mountain views. No resort fees. No hidden charges. No car needed.

We're a local Superhost family with over 300 reviews on other platforms who've been hosting for 5 years and lived across the world before returning to Hawaiʻi to raise our family. We bring a traveler's eye to every detail. Message us for our local recommendations — we're happy to share our favorite spots, hidden beaches, and island tips!

THE SPACE
Your private corner studio with a queen bed, futon (41"x71"), A/C, ceiling fan, and two lanais to catch the island breeze from both sides of the unit. Blackout curtains so you can sleep in. Professionally cleaned after each guest. Perfect for a couple, small family, or two guests comfortable sharing a studio space.

KITCHEN
Fully equipped: mini-fridge, microwave, two-burner stove, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and cooking utensils. All the essentials to cook in and save on meals.

EXTRAS INCLUDED
Beach chairs with built-in cooler, storage, and shoulder straps — all ready on the lanai. Pack-n-play available for families with infants (just ask at booking). Surfboard storage in the lobby for $25/week. Convenience store on the corner for anything you forgot.

CHECK-IN
100% self check-in via touchpad — never locked out. 24/7 building security with key fob elevator access.

LOCATION
Steps to Waikiki Beach, Kapiolani Park, surf rentals, food trucks, live music, shopping, and the best restaurants in Honolulu. Walkable to everything — skip the car!

PARKING
No reserved parking with the unit. Waikiki is very walkable — Biki Bikes, Uber/Lyft, and Drive Hui (hourly/daily car rentals) make it easy to get around without a car. We recommend renting a car only for island day trips.

If you do have a car:
· Building garage (Kuhio Ave, below Tower 1): $4/hr or $30/24hrs — tight spaces, 5'9" height limit, fills by ~4 pm. Towing is enforced; read all posted signs. Overflow in the Tower 2 garage on Prince Edward St.
· Waikiki Banyan (2520 Kuhio Ave, 2 blocks away): Best rates nearby — $27/day or $125/week, with in/out privileges. Purchase from the attendant on arrival.
· Honolulu Zoo lot (entrance on Kapahulu Ave, ~7 min walk): $1.50/hr, 4-hour max. Card or cash, no change given.
· Free street parking on Paoakalani Ave, Kaneloa Rd, and Ala Wai Blvd — competitive, especially after 4 pm. No parking on Ala Wai Blvd weekdays 8:30–11:30 am. Always read posted signs.

Clean, cozy & beachy

The most comfortable firm bed. Very clean floors for our crawling infant. They provided a Baby Bjorn pack n play. 2 short blocks from Waikiki Beach and bamboo mat, beach towels, floaties, sand bucket and toys provided. Close to many great places to eat. Remodeled nicely. Quality kitchenware and towels. Love the pull out spray handles on sink and shower head. Mini fridge is legit with separate freezer door on it. They had plug in 2 burners available. AC works and thick curtains block out most of the city lights but not sounds.

Just what we needed in a great location

We had a great 5-night stay for our family of 4. Just a couple blocks from the beach and steps from shops and restaurants in Waikiki, we easily accessed the city by foot. We rented a car and were able to find parking under the building on every occasion but one. The central location was perfect for day trips to the North Shore, Kailua, Pearl Harbor, the Polynesian Center, Diamond Head, and more. We enjoyed the outdoor patios and cleanliness of the place, and felt secure with the restricted elevator access (by key fob). Thanks for a great getaway! It was perfect for us!
