This beautifully decorated town home in the New Quarter development is in a cul-de-sac and boasts 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and a light and airy sun room.
It sleeps 14 and is great for families, everything you could ever want or need. Close to all of Bay Creek's amenities, including the private beach, pool, life center,
Coach house restaurant and access to play both the Nicklaus and Palmer designed golf courses. Enjoy eating out on the patio with a retractable sun shade and
BBQ, this property also has a fenced in back yard to boot!

Lived out accommodations and the employees could not have been more helpful!

We found it to be very clean and extremely spacious (there were 6 of us and it can accommodate so much more). The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. And same applies to the bathrooms. Overall great experience

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time this year for our golf trip. This is the second year we have come to Bay Creek and we’re mostly very satisfied. We had one item that I wanted to bring to your attention, we were not able to secure early morning tee times. I understand that you all have a new policy for your members to keep those available and being a member of a club myself I understand they are important. But I would have liked to have been able to access one of the other 9 hole courses or better helped us tee off earlier. We purchased an unlimited golf package and felt limited. Thank you all so much for your hospitality.Andy Rivenbark

Our whole family does! It’s just wonderful! House was great! Could have had more seating in the porch and outside, but it was great!!

Great golf

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: everything was perfect, except: reservation process- we were never informed, verbally,or in contract, that we were on a "golf package" that included unlimited golf. We played an extra nine and had to pay greens fee. Was never given a breakdown of additional fees until we requested receipt after checking out. My E-mail prior to stay regarding charges was not answered.

Wonderful vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had such a lovely stay at Seascape in the baycreek community. We go to Cape Charles every year and this was our very first time staying in the community of Baycreek! The home itself had everything we needed for our family of 5, my parents, and sister with her family. Any issues that did arise the management took care of promptly. The community pool was amazing and the kids thoroughly enjoyed it. We would highly recommend staying here and we will now be coming to Baycreek every year.
