This condo was perfect for our stay in PCB! The condo was clean and had beautiful views from the balcony. Also, it was wonderfully decorated and had everything that we needed for our stay, including two free beach chairs and an umbrella on the beach. I was originally worried that it would be difficult to sleep since the master bedroom was on the street side of the condo but the owner had a white noise machine in each bedroom that worked so well that I purchased the same one for my home as soon as I left. The location is perfect and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

I say surprised, because of past experiences with condo rentals. THIS place was actually like the pictures, and CLEAN, very clean. The beds were supper comfortable and the view was breathtaking. Will definitely recommend this unit to our family and friends.

The two chair rentals were a nice amenity, just wish they weren’t so close together with other people. The condo has two additional chairs, umbrellas and boogie boards that you can use. The elevators were fine on our trip and no issues parking or getting luggage carts when we needed them. Was only able to use the hot tub once as it was always crowded (probably due to the weather being a little cold). Check in and communication with the property management team was excellent. Was able to text with any questions we had and they were very responsive. Overall a great place to stay and we’d go back!

Beautiful Property; Decent Location; Requires Additional Mobile App

This property is beautiful with plenty of space and nice amenities. It's right next door to Shuckums, which is extremely loud with their nightly karaoke. The bedrooms are on the same side of the building as Shuckums, so it's definitely audible at night. We ran fans to help drown out the noise. With those running, we were able to sleep just fine. There were 3 adults and 2 children/teen in our group, so we just fit in the 2 bedrooms and bunkbeds. The beds were comfortable, which is often not the case, so that was nice. The bunkbeds were nice except the safety arm on the side of the top bunk only reaches up to the top of the mattress, providing no fall safety prevention. We ended up putting some blanks and pillows down on the side of the bunkbeds to provide some level of safety, just in case. Some of the artwork hung throughout the property could be easily bumped and fall. This happened to us in the kitchen where there is a paining on the wall right next to the pantry. While getting some stuff we had put int he pantry, this painting was bumped and it fell off the wall and landed on an outlet, knocking the cover off and ultimately breaking it. The last thing I'd like to mention is the horrendous app they require you use. There's a ton of text all crammed on 1 page and it's hard to find the info you might be looking for. It's also easy to miss things, like the checkout info, which we didn't see until we were on our way home.

It was well stocked with just about anything you might possibly need for your stay including a Keurig, Ninja blender, small beach chairs and umbrella, & cooler bag, etc. We made use of the well stocked kitchen to cook most of our meals for our 7 night stay & had everything we needed to cook plus much more. The beds and pillows are super comfortable, & I’m now trying to find the same pillows for my home (they’re that good). The unit was very clean upon arrival & provided the essentials to get you through the first day or two- make sure to bring you paper products, laundry detergent, trash bags, dishwasher tabs, beach towels. The living room furniture leaves a little to be desired in the comfort department. The pull out couch & loveseats were not comfortable at all & are nearing their time for replacement. I know those types of furniture take a good bit of wear & tear in a rental unit so it’s to be expected. The balcony was massive, about 2-3 times larger than your standard balcony size & we enjoyed it immensely. Both the balcony & balcony furniture were in need of a good pressure washing or wipe down- it seemed like the cleaning standards stopped at the sliding glass doors & it was pretty grubby. Overall it was still a gorgeous view of the beach & the included 2 beach chairs & umbrella provided for the week was an amazing addition to our stay. They rent those chair sets for $50 a day so that saved us a great deal of money. You’re in walking distance to Pier Park and the All American Diner (great breakfast) as well as several shops and restaurants along the way. The pool areas were nice but we did notice the staff would close one pool early every night - supposed to be open until 10 but closed 1 every night around 8. The pools & hot tubs stayed pretty crowded with the usual beach towels holding the majority of the chairs. Elevato
