Wasn't ready when we arrived

The house wasn't ready when we arrived. Unfortunately the house keeping staff wasn't made aware of our arrival and had planned on cleaning the house the following day. We decided to find a other place and the manager agreed to full refund. May try and stay again if in the area but not sure. Don't feel it's a 10 but would certainly rate it a strong 8 if cleaned.
