Comprising on the ground floor: living room, fitted and equipped kitchen open to the dining room, laundry room with washing machine + dryer, toilet.
On the 1st floor: living room, master suite with a 180 bed and shower room, toilet.
In the attic: 1 bedroom with a 90 bunk bed, 1 bedroom with a 160 bed and another bedroom with a bunk bed with a 140 bed (downstairs) and 90 bed (upstairs), bathroom with toilet

A TOTAL OF 9 BEDS

And a private courtyard facing due south to enjoy the outdoors or a good BBQ!!
