With a comfortable queen-size bed in the main bedroom, berth bunks in the hallway, and a sleeper sofa, there's lots of room for the kids and privacy for parents. Enjoy the breathtaking sunsets and sunrises from your private balcony. The condo's serene beach colors will relax you from the moment you walk in the door. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking up a fresh seafood dinner, but if you'd rather take it easy, you can order from one of the many restaurants conveniently located nearby. This one-bedroom, one-bath condo is just steps away from the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, where you can bury your toes in the sugar-sand beach and let your worries float away.

A for location

The location is great with perfect beach views and access, and pools (indoor and outdoor) were great. If that’s why you are coming, this is the place to stay! The unit could use a little tender love and care, and the kitchen supplies are limited (so eat out or DoorDash) but overall for the price, it’s a great deal!

overall we had a pleasant stay with a gorgeous view of tbe gulf.a few items need attention. the tile on balcony is missing a piece and another is rising upwards. a guide for the tv and components operation would be helpful..too many remotes...towel rack loose in the bathroom.

Enjoyed our stay

There were a few minor things, the frig wouldn’t stay shut and kept beeping but my daughter fixed it. The microwave and frig quit but it was only a breaker, our air quit working but was fixed pretty fast and our last day there we had no hot water. I would stay again.

This is a great unit for two people to share the pool and beach . We have stayed before under different management . I have to say I prefer the old management. There were a few hiccups but we did en joy our stay.

This condo was clean but so poorly taken care of and poorly stocked. Would not recommend and will not rebook! Wonderful location, grounds and shared amenities, but the condo itself is junky.

Great beaches, Average Condo

Overall the condo was as described. It was a bit rough and could use some repairs (broken luggage rack, cracked bedroom door, rusted front door,etc). The biggest disappointment was the lack of supplies. We had a total of 2 forks and 3 spoons, no pot holders, 1 kitchen towel, no cookie sheets, etc. Other than that, beautiful view!

College rental not a vacation home

Kitchen was good new appliances everything worked well. Light was out over stove and in the freezer section. The floors were ingrained dirtyThe grout was black, and you could see dirt in the tiles themselves. Not a good impression when you walk in in the first door UC has been punched with a hole. Probably the worst part was the fact that there was mildew, I hope it was Mildew not moldAround the HC ventsPeriod. Someone should inspect this property before it’s listed as a vacation rental. Absolutely no complaints about the sheets or beds they were spotless. The towels were nice and fluffy

Rough Start

Multiple broken items upon areival- bottom hinges on front door missing, laundry room folding door fell off, no batteries in the tv remotes. Took THREE days to fix. Other than that, the view from the balcony was spectacular, we were comfortable enough.

Good place to stay for a quick getaway

It is a nice place to stay if you are looking for a quick getaway trip for a couple or a small family. The condo has a nice view of the beach and a nice size pool to enjoy. There are only a few things that I would advise on is if you are cold natured then you might want to bring a blanket. The beds and pull out couch only has a flat sheet and a thin comforter. Also if you have small kids you might want to get paper/plastic cups and plates. I was nervous my kids was going to break what was there before we left. Also there is not a stopper for the bathtub so we had to improvised one to give our kids a bath. But overall a good stay!

Decent condo with a great view and amenities

The view is perfect and we love that there are 2 pool options with a hot tub. The beach access is great and the security guard was very friendly. The room definitely needs a deep cleaning and some updating. The door was rusted and the patio door is a little bit hard to open. The drier in the room needs some maintenance, as it doesn’t dry the clothes in one cycle. The room constantly had a bit of a musty smell as well. We love the building and the area but would most likely chose to stay in another room next time.

Great stay! Looked like the pics!

This was a very roomy condo for just the 2 of us! Great view & easy access to the gorgeous beach below!! It looked pretty much like the photos! Loved how the full moon rose over the ocean while we were there. (June ‘24). We also could catch a glimpse of the sunrise and sunset on either end of the beach from the balcony. (best view is from the beach though!!) The AC worked really well. So nice that we could adjust it to our liking. When we were gone for the day, we didn’t keep it as cool—to save energy. There were nice ceiling fans in the LR and bedroom to keep the air circulating as well. Bed was standard…we slept well. Nice kitchen amenities: ss stove & fridge, newer microwave. We didn’t cook at all tho…so we can’t speak to the pots and pans. There were some missing silverware (only about 3 forks?) but enough for us. Lots of plates & coffee cups though! Overall, it was a great place for us! It probably could use a deep cleaning, but it was clean in general. My husband liked that it was right off of the elevators so we didn’t have to walk far to our room. (we were high enough that we wouldn’t use the stairs.) We didn’t use the pool. One more thing: don’t get scared away by the door to the condo (which could use a coat or two of paint)…it is much nicer inside!!

Very Dissapointed

We were very disappointed in the condo. The air conditioning hardly worked, and the condo was extremely humid to the point that any paper we had got wet and the seals in the fridge/freezer were starting to mold. The floors were disgusting to walk on due to the humidity. We know it was a hot week, but other friends in the same building didn't have these issues with their place. We called maintenance who sent up a guy to add more freon to the old broken-down unit. Our AC unit was the only one that was all rusted out. They definitely need to put a new unit in ASAP. We were told we would hear back about a refund but have not heard from anyone yet. The bathroom is extremely small and like another reviewer said, the sliding door to the balcony is almost impossible to open/close. From the start, the place was not inviting. The front door is old, and all rusted out. The TV remote is half broken and battery cover missing from back, which made it hard to use. I cannot recommend staying here unless you're desperate.
