Recent holiday home, comfortable, on one level near the beaches of Loctudy and Lesconil. Tréguido district in Loctudy (near the chapel). Close to the fishing ports of Loctudy, Lesconil, Le Guilvinec, accessible by many cycle paths.

Located not far from the port of Lesconil on a plot of 750 m2
• a living room of 26m2 facing south and west opening through two large openings onto a corner terrace of 48 m2 in wood to take full advantage of the outside.
• a TV and internet access (fiber and TV box)

• Two bathrooms (one of the bathrooms is en-suite to a bedroom) with walk-in shower in each.
• a separate toilet and a toilet in one of the bathrooms
• a fitted kitchen (8m2) open to the living room with induction hob, oven, extractor hood, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher

• a pantry with washing machine, an outdoor clothesline
• two garden tables (one to the south and the other to the west), deckchairs.

• It is possible to park two cars inside the property enclosed by a gate.

Les propriétaires sont très sympatiques, merci pour l'attention de bienvenue et leurs explications très claires .Maison très confortable, appareils ménagés top, 2 ch et 2 salles de bain, pratique pour 2 couples, la cour fermée pour les voitures,Ns avons passé un excellent séjour .

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in der Bretagne, in der wir uns überall sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Das Haus ist einfach super. Hervorragend ausgestattet, liebevoll und hübsch eingerichtet, tolle TErrasse. Wir waren rundrum zufrieden und haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr sehr nett, hilfsbereit und antworten immer sehr zeitnah auf Fragen - auch im Vorfeld. Wenn Urlaub nur jedes Mal so einfach und schön sein könnte. Wir würden jederzeit nochmal hinfahren. Man kann in der Umgebung viele Dinge unternehmen: Ausfllüge nach Quimper oder Concarneau, aber auch die Dörfer direkt inder Gegend sind sehr schön, es gibt Märkte mit frischem Obst aus der Region (lecker) und v.a. viel fangfrischer Fisch. Supermärkte sind in 5-10 Autominuten zu erreichen, es gibt Möglichkeiten für Museen, Wanderungen, Radwege, Crepe-Feste, musikalische Angebote, Flohmärkte u.ä. und alle waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Vacances seniors juin 2025

Séjour à LOCTUDY parfait.La maison est très agréable tant par sa luminosité que par ses agencements, son confort et son extrême propreté.Les terrasses et le beau jardin arboré sont un vrai plus.Sa situation est propice à de belles balades à vélo.Et pour parfaire le tout, Marie et Gilles sont absolument charmants et réactifs.Nous recommandons cette location à 100% et si l'occasion se présente, nous y reviendrons avec plaisir.Evelyne/Yvette
