This room forms the dining area and the open kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave grill, ceramic hob (2 burners), refrigerator with freezer, toaster, kettle, filter coffee machine and NESPRESSO.
A washing machine/dryer, a flat-screen TV and a hi-fi system complete the equipment in the room.

Beddings for 4 people maximum:
- Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (80cm x 200cm) which can be combined to make a double bed (160cm x 200cm)
- Mountain corner in the entrance: 1 single bed (80cm x190cm)
- Living room: 1 “rapido” convertible sofa (160cm x 200cm)

Ski locker at the top of the residence accessible by elevator and close to the Brigues ski slope.
4G WiFi connection at extra cost (5GB/day).

RENTAL CONDITIONS:
Bed linen and toiletries included from 01/12 to 30/04 only, otherwise at extra cost.
End of stay cleaning not included and on request.
Deposit required on arrival.
Pets not allowed.
