Cozy 2 bedroom, & newly renovated 1 bath home, with a loft used for movie/game room or additional sleeping space. Use this base for skiing & hiking & climbing. 20 minutes to Loon & Waterville Valley. 10-30min from the best hiking trails in NH, Appalachian Trail & 15min from Rumney.
Beautiful river behind the property and also a 17-acre natural area with hiking trail loops maintained by the Campton Conservation Commission. 10 minutes from Plymouth NH near Univeristy of Plymouth with many restaurants and shops. Covered Bridge Farm Table restaurant featured on Food Network 1 min away or walking distance from cottage.

Overall I was disappointed with the cabin. The furniture was worn. The rigs were disinfected stained. The mattress was cheap and you only got a comforter, no sheets or extra blankets. There was also only one pillow per person. Dead bugs in spider webs, holes in the walls and dirty doors and baseboards didn’t do it any favors. We left early and showered at home. I expect a lot better for 400.

Great little place!

Rented for Plymouth State Graduation. Very close to the school and perfect for a weekend. Quaint and small cottage, but worked well for us vs renting a hotel room. Really great porch which we could not use due to rain, but we would have if we could. Would be great if you had littles with the large grassy area for running around too. Very clean and communication with James was easy and he got back to me quickly.

Terrific spot

For us the location was perfect for visiting family nearby. It was very clean and quiet and with a fun setup inside with the loft and wood beams. We appreciated the AC working great during our summer stay.

Nice cozy cabin!

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay here! The house is cozy and clean. The river on the property is just a walk away and is beautiful and serene, also a good amount of trails to explore around it! It’s a nice place to unwind!

Cute little cabin in great location

Very cute cabin with everything you need. The only issue was that it was not cleaned well from previous guests and there was tons of dog hair we needed to clean up. Other than that it was a great place to stay

Cute cabin nestled in a Swiss chalet-looking compound

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We were delighted to find the beautiful Pemi River just minutes away via a short walk through the woods adjacent to the property. It was an unseasonably warm and wet winter weekend, and the driveway / parking areas were muddy, so just a bit of a warning for other guests to expect this.

Great week in the mountains!

This is an excellent little cabin nestled in the mountains. It is 5 min from the interstate and 10-15 minutes from Plymouth with grocery stores and any othet shopping you need. Kitchen is well stocked with spices and everything you need for quick meals. Condo complex is beautiful and quiet!

Fantastic cottage!

We recently stayed at this cottage, along with 2 other rentals, for our annual Sisters Weekend. This cottage was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the description. James was very quick to respond to all of my questions. Having the new large deck made this place the center of all of our family meals and hang out time. Lots of love and laughter was shared around that deck and the community fire pit. We absolutely plan to come back! Thanks for having us, James!! It was a great weekend!

The owners went above and beyond when I asked if it was possible for an early check-in. We were driving up to attend a wedding nearby and wanted to get ready in the cabin and they arranged it!! And What a cute place! Clean, stocked with everything you'd need to clean, cook, do laundry, enjoy time out on the back deck. Pretty grounds. Very nice folks and a comfy clean stay. I'll definitely return in the future but stay longer!!! Thank you

It was ok if you just need a place to sleep while you travel around the area although I think the best western was cheaper.. the pictures of the inside were spot on.. the cabin was very moldy smelling even leaving the windows open for a day did not help. Shower had mold as well.. it did not feel dirty though, the cleaning service did well, fridge stove floors were clean… The trail to the river beach was sketchy.. and not clearly marked as in the photos on the website .. there was a creek that you have to pass over to get to the river beach and Blair wood .. that creek was brown and foamy and draining right down to the river by the beach.. the covered bridge close by was nice.. I did not research well as it was an impromptu trip.. you can hear the traffic from the highway.. and the picture of the view with the rock is not on the property.. there was no directions as to where that was taken.. tv, ac, internet all worked fine.. and the porch was lovely to have a morning coffee on. Dogs loved the large grassy area.. and if you wanted to do a fire pit you are required to go to the fire dept to get a permit.

Cute, clean, easy access, plenty of amenities, convenient parking, sleeps a good amount of people. People to bathroom ratio could be better. We have 4 people and 1 bathroom. Property says it can sleep 6, one bath. We knew this going in though. Otherwise, very pleased.

We love skiing and hiking and wanted a place we can stay near the white mountains and ski resorts. Found this property that fits what we needed perfectly and close off the highway for easy access for travel. We want to share this with others also that have the same interest as we do.
