Al buscar una casa de temporada en New Hampshire, acordamos "asegurarse de que tiene una vista espectacular." Bueno, lo hemos encontrado y ahora también lo tienes.

Nuestra cómoda casa de 3 dormitorios y 2 baños tiene vistas de la zona de Monte Moosilauke de las montañas blancas de New Hampshire desde todas las habitaciones, el salón y el comedor, la terraza y el dormitorio principal. Por la noche, se puede ver las estrellas brillantes de la habitación principal, especialmente cuando no hay luna. La planta principal de la casa es un plan de piso abierto con muebles de cuero nuevo en el salón, un comedor de estilo rústico y una cocina completa debajo de un techo abierto.

La casa está en la comunidad de Waterville Estates en Campton y incluimos 3 pases para el Centro Comunitario con piscina cubierta y al aire libre, bar / restaurante, un estanque para la natación y la pesca y canchas de baloncesto y tenis. Foliage in the White Mountains

Wonderful and comfortable place to stay with stunning views of the mountains and foliage. Drew was such a fantastic host and checked in on us prior to getting there and while checking in. It was a great location to see all that the white mountains have to offer

Great family vacation

Our family of 6 recently stayed here and loved it. The views are outstanding and the house is beautiful. Daily excursions followed by game nights by the fire. It was perfect. Rather steep incline the house so highly recommend AWD. Our kids ages 16-19 had a great time with us and can’t wait to return!

Beautiful views!

My family and I had a wonderful stay! It’s quiet and conveniently located in central NH. Lots of hiking trails and local activities. The sunsets are spectacular over the mountains, and the last night we watched a thunderstorm roll in which was just amazing! Thanks Drew & Beth for providing a great getaway spot!

It was a good experience .It fit our family well & had what we needed for our 3 yr.old&:7yr. oldgrandsons& daughter. We enjoyed the rec center but having to pay for two of the adults, paying 5 or 10 each to use the pool for limited use daily was fairly high with the cost of the condo. My husband &;I are seniors, so serious stair climbing inside & out can be much for those with any balance issues. Overall though we did enjoy it & it met our needs.

White Mountains Leaf Peeping

Wonderful stay at a very nice home in Campton. Beautiful views and comfortable accommodations. Drew was great at communicating to us about the home. Beds were great. Home was stocked with everything to get us started. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful views and close to many outdoor activities

We had a wonderful long 4th of July weekend with our family of 4. The property was in good shape and the owner was super responsive. The views really are amazing - the deck is a great place for a morning cup of coffee! We also visited the community center and it was totally worth it. Kids had a great time in the pool and they have really nice facilities and a nice bar with reasonable prices. If going in the winter, I imagine 4 wheel drive or studded snows are highly recommended - it's quite the elevation gain!

This house is so beautiful, clean , spacious and well maintained with all amenities you need . The house is built in such a way each room has beautiful mountain view . It was very comfortable stay in a peak foliage season. Drew was very precise texting all information ahead of time The property is located at a very short distance from kancaamagus highway the premium foliage loop. We would love to be here again to stay longer Thanks Drew for making our visit memorable and comfortable .

The most amazing house up in the mountains!

We had the most wonderful vacation staying at this property. Drew was always available if we had any questions and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was everything we could have wanted. The view was unlike any other. The house was clean. comfortable and cozy and had everything we needed. My son left two shirts behind and Drew mailed them to us and didn’t even want us to reimburse him for the shipping. We will definitely be staying here again!!

Second Stay!

We stayed at this property 2 years ago, and decided to come back again. The Views are absolutely beautiful, and if you are looking for a great place to relax this is it. Location is situated away from the larger communities, but close enough to get there in a short drive. This place is quiet and has a beautiful view that is even better in person. Communication with the owner of the property is also great. Drew left detailed instructions, and is only a text away if you have any questions. We highly recommend staying at this property!

Beautiful Panorama and Updated Interiors

This is our 2nd year to spend quality time at Drew's VRBO. The panorama of mountains is still breathtaking of course. We were pleasantly surprised to find new wood floors on the upper level plus a new dishwasher and range in the kitchen. Drew is as responsive as ever, responding to questions quickly. It's a lovely house. Highly recommended.

We Miss It Already

A magnificent view, generous windows everywhere and a cozy feeling (without cutesy fussiness) made this house a perfect rental for our three weeks in New Hampshire. The master bedroom and living room felt expansive because of the high ceilings and attractive wood floors. We have rented many properties and always look for these qualities, which are hard to find. Last, but not least, Drew was everything we hope for in our dealings with rental owners and managers. Thank you for our happy time!

Spectacular View!

This home was perfect for our family. The 2 bedrooms and bathroom on the lower level was perfect for our daughter, her husband and their 2 kids. The master bedroom on the top floor was perfect for my husband and me. The view in the morning when the sun was rising was gorgeous and the view at night was like being in a planetarium. We just loved how it changed throughout the day. We would love to visit in the fall and winter season but I'm not sure about that drive up the hill in bad weather. The communication with the owner was great. Drew was easy to reach by text. Our only issue was there were only 4 chairs around the dining room table. The house could use a few more chairs for dining or a few stools at the counter for the kids. That was a problem for dinners and family games. We would love to stay again in this beautiful home!

Beautiful and Quiet

I don't know where to begin with how great this property was. First off, Andrew was very attentive and informative to any of our needs. Detailed instructions were given to us, and was available for any questions if need be. The views at this property are amazing. The deck is a great place to sit out and enjoy the views, but if it is a cool outside, pick any room in the house and you get the same exact view. Make sure you go out on the deck at night and you will be in awe over all the stars in the sky, when we stayed we were even able to see a strip of the milky way galaxy. If privacy and quiet is what you seek, here you will find it. The house itself is clean, and you will find everything you need besides your food to be comfortable. Having passes to the rec center was great for the kids. We were able to drive a short distance and enjoy the pool, hot tub, and tennis courts. Lincoln is only about a 20-25 minute drive from the house, and the town of Campton has a few small stores and restaurants for convenience. We definitely hope to be back here again next year.

Views, Views, Views

We spent most of our visit gawking at the stunning panorama of mountains that surround this property. That alone was worth it. There's another short trail, 10 minutes from the house, leading to another stunning vista with a picnic table. Drew (the owner) was very attentive. When I would send him an email or text with a question, he usually replied within a few minutes. For example - our family likes to make smoothies for breakfast. A blender was included in the list of amenities but there was none was in the house. When Drew found out about it, he personally drove from where he lived in Boston to deliver a brand new - in the box - Ninja blender. Service doesn't get any better than that. Something else to mention is that this property is in a neighborhood with a gym, a lap pool, a 'play with the kids' indoor pool, and lots of trails to hike. It's also 15 minutes from the White Mountains Forest. We loved it. Thanks Drew. Highly recommended.
