Our newly renovated holiday home is situated 200 metres from the village in a secluded location on the "Jockelsberg" (407m above sea level) in the middle of a fenced beech forest. It is surrounded by meadows and fields. The Jockelsberg is located in the Oberlausitz nature reserve. Ideal for nature lovers seeking peace and quiet, dog lovers and families with children.
Up to 2 dogs can be accommodated by prior arrangement.
The holiday home was classified with 4**** by the German Tourism Association in 2023.
Doctor, sauna, bakery, inn, milk and eggs from the farmer just 300 metres away.
Excursion destinations: Bird of prey observatory "Oberlausitz" in the village (2 km), local mountains Czorneboh, Bieleboh, Hochstein, Löbauer Berg with cast-iron observation tower, Sohlebad 5 km, summer toboggan run in Oderwitz. 10 km, Zittauer Geb. and Saxon Switzerland 35 km, Berzdorfer See 35 km, 1000-year-old Bautzen 20 km, Görlitz 30 km, Jizera Mountains 80 km, Giant Mountains 100 km. Visit the butterfly house in Jonsdorf and the dinosaur park Kleinwelka near Bautzen.
