Villa Description:

On the ground floor, the first accommodation features a large bright living area with a fully equipped open kitchen including refrigerator, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and washing machine. The living area, equipped with a television, invites relaxation. This accommodation also includes three bedrooms: two with a double bed on the ground floor and one with four bunk beds. Upstairs, an additional bedroom with a double bed completes this space.



The second accommodation, located upstairs with an independent entrance, offers a bright veranda and a pleasant living room. The kitchen is separate and well-equipped, and the bathroom includes a toilet. This accommodation provides two large bedrooms: one with a 140x190 bed and a 90x190 bed, the other with a 140x190 bed. A 130x190 sofa bed in the living room allows for additional sleeping arrangements.



Outdoor and Amenities:

The villa offers a large terrace equipped with garden furniture, ideal for outdoor meals. The spacious garden is perfect for relaxing, playing, or simply enjoying the sun. A bicycle path is located nearby, allowing exploration of the surroundings. Wi-Fi is free, and pets are welcome, so the whole family can enjoy the vacation together.
