Could Have Been Better

The apartment is spacious and the location is very good. Views are very good and would be even better if overgrown bushes were cut. Unfortunately the interior is worn and would really need some refurbishing. Kitchen utensils are poor. Beds are more like camping beds, not meant for long stays. The apartment is very noisy at night due to old plumbing, whining ventilation and loosely-fitted windows.

Underbar våning

Våningen i villan var underbar med alla nödvändigheter. Semestern var ett minne för livet. Det enda som behövs göras, är att ansa trädgården då vissa träd skymde utsikten över havet.

Schöne ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung am Ende einer Sackgasse. Leider ist die Wohnung und der Garten etwas ungepflegt.

Sowohl als auch ....

Die Lage ist super, zu Fuß 5 Min. zum Strand hin und 10 Min. zurück (bergauf z.T. über Treppen). Am Rande von Cavalaire , also ruhig. Den angekündigten Meerblick mussten wir erst reklamieren, es war alles zugewachsen. Die Einrichtung ist aus den 70er Jahren, sehr einfach, etwas kurios (was uns gefiel), leider kein bequemer Sessel im Wohnzimmer. Die wichtigsten Sachen waren sauber, aber insgesamt erscheint die Wohnung etwas schmuddelig. Man durfte nicht so genau hingucken.

Appartamento Villa Chantoiseau

La casa è in una posizione tranquilla, lontano dal centro (a piedi sono circa 10 minuti). I proprietari sono al piano di sopra e sono molto cortesi. La spiaggia del Pardigon è raggiungibile a piedi, sono circa 900 metri in salita (o discesa). C'è lavatrice, forno, microonde, lavastoviglie. Purtroppo non c'è l'aria condizionata.

Séjour très agréable à la Villa Chantoiseau

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances dans cette maison au calme avec une superbe vue. Seul le lit double serait à revoir (sommier) et une machine à laver serait la bienvenue compte-tenu de la taille de la maison qui peut accueillir une grande famille. À part cela très bon moment et location à retenir!!!
