La casa è composta da un ampio soggiorno con pavimenti in legno e affiliata, cucina aperta moderna con lavastoviglie, forno con piano cottura in vetroceramica, frigorifero e tostapane, macchina per il caffè, ecc Il bagno separato ha wc, doccia e lavandino. L'appartamento si affaccia sul lago con terrazza coperta e il prato direttamente al lago. Sedie a sdraio e mobili da giardino a disposizione. Parcheggio privato all'interno della proprietà. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono forniti. Comodo divano letto Bali con Ergoflex ruggine e Kaltschaummatraze. Il periodo di noleggio minimo è di 5 giorni.
Durante la stagione di riscaldamento, costi di energia elettrica per il riscaldamento (notte bollitore) sono calcolati in base al consumo di 0,25 € / kWh.

Perfekte, ruhig gelegene Wohnung zum Entspannen, Arbeiten oder als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge!

Ich habe die Zeit in der Ferienwohnung am Badesee in Ketsch unheimlich genossen. Die große Fensterfront und der schön geschnittene Garten mit privatem Zugang zum See sind einfach großartig! Die Wohnung ist auch wirklich super ausgestattet und mir hat es an absolut nichts gemangelt. Mein Kontakt zu Vermieter- und Vermieterin im Vorfeld war sehr freundlich, Check-In und auch das Aus-checken war unproblematisch. Ich hatte die Ferienwohnung im Oktober für ein einwöchiges "Arbeits-Retreat" gemietet und entsprechend wirklich viel Zeit auch innerhalb der Wohnung verbracht. Aber auch meine Spaziergänge in der Umgebung waren sehr schön. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, um das abschließend noch zu erwähnen, sind sowohl fußläufig als auch mit dem Fahrrad in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Ingsesamt habe ich also nichts Negatives zu berichten und freue mich darauf, die Wohnung zeitnahe zum gleichen Zweck erneut zu mieten :)

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit perfekter Lage am Badesee

Sehr gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus für 2 Personen. Highlight ist sicherlich der direkte Zugang zum Badesee. Ruhige Lage, perfekt für Radtouren. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

beautiful VRBO in Ketch Germany

I stayed at a cozy VRBO cabin in Am Kraichbach Ketsch Germany for a week. The property was quiet and easy to find and plenty of parking. The landlord was extremely thorough on his walk through with me. There were no issues with the entire unit during my stay. Highly recommended!

Sehr zu empfehlen

Die Lage sagt allein schon viel über die Möglichkeiten der Region aus. Sie ist sehr zentral gelegen, gerade wenn man vorhat, wie wir, die umliegenden Städte mit dem Rad zu bereisen. Außerdem ist der direkte Zugang zum See unschalgbar und im Sommer ein echter "Big-Point" in Sachen Abkühlung. Wir kommen gerne wieder - es hat soweit alles gepasst.

Wunderbar

Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche mit direktem Zugang zum Wasser sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr modern und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles Bestens. Wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an so wohlgefühlt, dass wir gerne nochmal kommen. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Wir haben schon viele Ferienwohnungen gemietet, mit denen wir zufrieden waren. Aber bei dieser Ferienwohnung stimmte einfach alles. Die Kleinigkeiten, die bei manchen Ferienwohnungen fehlen und immer ein kleines Ärgernis sind, weil relativ preiswert, sind der Seifenspender im Bad, Salz in der Küche, Kaffeefilter und Spülmittel. Hier war einfach alles vorhanden. Die Begrüßung und Verabschiedung vom Vermieter waren sehr herzlich. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, haben die Umgebung mit dem Fahrrad erkundet und sehr sehr schöne Tage verbracht.

Tolles kleines Haus direkt am See.

Gutes und modern ausgestattetes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage. Hervorragend geeignet als Ausgangspunkt für Radtouren z.B. nach Speyer, Schwetzingen oder Heidelberg. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Traumhaft schöner Urlaub mit absolut perfekter Lage😍

Die Unterkunft hatte uns bereits lediglich durch die vorhanden Bilder umgehauen, jedoch wurde unsere ersten positiven Eindrücke und Erwartungen umgehend bei der Ankunft um ein Vielfaches übertroffen. Die Unterkunft ist absolut sauber und zudem modern eingerichtet. Die unvergleichliche Lage direkt am See macht das Ferienhaus absolut einzigartig. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir würden diesen Urlaub jederzeit gerne wiederholen. Das Ferienhaus ist ein absoluter Geheimtipp! Vielen lieben Dank an die Familie Schäfer, die uns diesen unvergesslichen Urlaub erst ermöglicht hat! 😊

Ein sehr modernes und mit viel Liebe und Geschmack eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Ist sehr sauber. Die Lage direkt am See ist einmalig!!! Wer Ruhe und Entspannung sucht, ist da richtig. Für die Abwechslung gibt es in der Nähe zahlreiche Ausflugsziele, wie Heidelberg, Speyer, Schwetzingen und viele mehr. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen.

A short escape from the city

Was the first time I booked on Fewo, and it was a bit confusing at first, but it was a great experience. We don't live far from the area and we just wanted to escape a bit from the city and from our apartment (06/2020 and all that implies). Was there 8 days and it was a great opportunity to discover new things that we can also further explore in the weekends. The apartment itself was great. I loved the privacy and that it felt homey. The bed is a convertible couch which makes a bit of funny squiky noises, but was very easy to open and close and it was comfortable. The apartment itself is not that big, but is smartly planned so that it actually has everything one needs and the best part is the garden that opens to the lake. The view upon the lake it probably one of the best views I've had from a room, very sunny, also wonderful sunsets. All in all the style of the apartment and location are great. There's plenty of nice hikes on the Rhein Island, bike tours in all directions or just reading in the sun by the lake are just a few things one can do. Stand-up-paddling (self brought) on the lake was also relaxing. The kitchen is well supplied and the nearby supermarket easy to find. I saw some older comment about the internet, meanwhile it has been upgraded and for us the internet was also totally fine. Totally recomend.

Entspannung pur!

Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche im Ferienhaus am See sehr genossen. Direkter Zugang zum Wasser, immer ein Platz mit Sonne oder Schatten - je nach gusto. Frühstück und Abendessen wahlweise auf der Terrasse oder auf der Wiese direkt am Wasser! Besser geht´s nicht! Das Ferienhaus ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Danke an die Familie Schäfer.

Tolles Ferienhaus in wunderbarer Lage

Das Ferienhaus liegt an einem Arm des Altrheins, mit eigenem Badesteg. Es ist modern, hell und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet bis hin zu den farblich passenden Handtüchern und sonstigen Accessoires. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist liebenswert und diskret und hilfsbereit bei jeder Angelegenheit.

Sehr erholsamer Urlaub am See

Wir haben den Urlaub in dem kleinen Haus am See sehr genossen. Die große Fensterfront bietet einen wirklich wunderschönen Blick aufs Wasser, über eine Treppe ist es sogar möglich baden zu gehen. Generell war an Ausstattung alles vorhanden was man benötigt und vieles darüber hinaus (z.B. Bücher, Hörbücher, Spiele etc.). Das WLAN war nicht besonders schnell, dies sollte man bei Bedarf für den Aufenthalt berücksichtigen.
