While there is no full kitchen, you’ll have a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, making it easy to enjoy breakfast before heading out for the day or bring back leftovers from one of Portland’s many incredible restaurants.

After a day of sightseeing, shopping, or enjoying the waterfront, relax on the spacious shared deck, a wonderful spot to enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, or unwind with a glass of wine in the evening. The deck is intended for the quiet enjoyment of guests and offers a peaceful place to recharge after exploring the city.

In addition to being in the heart of Portland, you’re only minutes from some of Southern Maine’s most beautiful beaches, including Willard Beach, Crescent Beach, Higgins Beach, and Scarborough Beach. Please note: Access to the unit is via a narrow exterior metal staircase located at the rear of the building. Guests should be comfortable climbing stairs. Due to the nature of the access, this property is not recommended for those with mobility limitations or anyone who may have difficulty navigating stairs.
