You live in a comfortable 3-room apartment of about 87 square meters, which is located on the ground floor. The living room is equipped with a kitchenette (stove with oven, dishwasher), sofa, dining area, stereo and TV. A terrace to the north (accessible from one bedroom) invites you to relax. Two bedrooms each with double bed and the bathroom with shower and toilet complete the overall picture of this apartment. Per person a laundry package is available as an initial supply. A parking space available. Arrive and feel good !!!

The lovingly restored in Art Nouveau style "Villa Waldburg" is located in a unique location directly on the Ostseeallee with the city forest in the back and just a few steps from the fine sandy beach and the promenade and a beach playground. Not far from the Art Nouveau villa you will find restaurants, bars and cafés. The center of the district West with its boutiques, shops for everyday needs, cafes and the concert garden is about 5 minutes walk away. Our guests can use the bicycle storage room. All apartments have a parking space and terrace or balcony. Did you know that Kühlungsborn has many other beautiful highlights besides its beautiful beach? Take a discovery tour by bike through the village or on the well-developed cycle path network in the area. In the bike rental "My bike at the sea" you can on special terms bicycles, e-bikes, children's bicycles, mountain bikes u. V. M. borrow.

Schöne Wohnung in toller Lage. Kühlungsborn ist eine Reise wert!

Die Wohnung hat uns gut gefallen. Der Wintergarten macht die Wohnung zu einem besonderen Ferien Domizil. Die Lage zum Strand und den beiden Ortsteilen von Kühlungsborn ist optimal. Die Wohnung war sauber. Gute Parkmöglichkeit auf dem Grundstück. Leider merkte man dem Inventar zum Teil die langjährige Nutzung als Ferienwohnung an. Das Geschirr war lieblos zusammengewürfelt. Matratzen und Dusche zeigen deutliche Abnutzungsspuren und sollten ersetzt werden. Es gab auch auf telefonische Nachfrage bei der Hausverwaltung im Vorfeld keine klaren Auskünfte zur Art der Betten (Allergie geeignet?) Wir würden die Wohnung aber trotz dieser Anmerkungen jederzeit wieder buchen !
