About this property
Welcome to the Silke vacation apartment in Kühlungsborn - Villa Sanssouci
This well-maintained 2-room apartment is located on the 1st floor of the new Villa Sanssouci building.
It offers 55 m² of space for up to 4 people.
The spacious living area features a seating area and a TV, and the open-concept kitchen is right next to it. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a 4-burner stove, and an oven. The dining area is also located here, as is the entrance to the west-facing balcony.
The bedroom has a cosy double bed and a window; due to its small size, the closet is located in the living room.
The bathroom has a shower and a toilet.
Wi-Fi is also available. A parking space is included with the apartment and is located in the building’s underground garage. The maximum entrance height is 2 m.
Villa Sanssouci is located on Strandstraße, just about 300 m from the beach and the pier. It consists of the historic spa-style villa and the new building behind it.
On the popular Strandstraße, you’ll find many restaurants and cafés. Small shops invite you to browse. Just a few steps from your accommodation, there are several bakeries offering fresh rolls daily for your breakfast at home or in a café.
The city forest begins right behind the villa and is perfect for lovely walks to Kühlungsborn West.
The central location on Strandstraße also offers a selection of bike rental shops in the immediate vicinity.
