Welcome to Villa Mas Fa Suza, a magnificent charming residence ideal for your family vacation in Sainte-Maxime! Located in a quiet small residential area, just 2 km from the town center and 1.5 km from the beautiful La Nartelle beaches, this spacious 150 m² villa will surely seduce you.

On the ground floor, you will discover a welcoming entrance, a bright living room open onto a terrace with television and fireplace for cozy evenings, as well as a large fully equipped open kitchen. You will find a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, gas hob, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave and all necessary utensils. Two bedrooms complete this floor, one of which has a private bathroom and WC. A second bathroom and separate WC are also at your disposal.

Upstairs, two air-conditioned bedrooms await you with a bathroom and toilet. All rooms have two 80 cm beds that can be moved together according to your needs. A studio communicating with an independent entrance houses the washing machine for added convenience.

Air conditioning is present in the living room and upstairs bedrooms, while a heat pump heating system ensures your comfort year-round. WiFi connection allows you to stay connected during your stay.

Outside, enjoy a covered terrace with a masonry barbecue, perfect for your outdoor meals. The enclosed 1,500 m² plot offers complete privacy with no overlooking neighbors. A magnificent private swimming pool of 8 x 4 m, heated in mid-season and equipped with a submerged alarm, invites you to relax. With a depth varying from 1.10 m to 2.10 m, it is suitable for the whole family.

The garden furnished with garden furniture creates an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere. You also benefit from 3 outdoor parking spaces in the building.
