A few minutes’ more to get to the Pine Avenue shops and restaurants with plenty of noteworthy stops along the way, including Slim’s Place, Ginny’s and Jane E’s, Captain Anthony’s Seafood Market, The White Egret Gift Shop and more. Catch the Free Island Trolley at the stop near the corner of Chilson and Gulf to explore Holmes Beach and Bradenton Beach to the south.

Tropical landscaping surrounds a perfectly picturesque coastal home situated on a peaceful canal. A large pool patio with loungers, tables, umbrellas, pool basketball, and spa offers multiple options to suit any mood. All the beach essentials are provided – just stock the cooler and head to the sand and surf of the Gulf.
Interior
The décor exudes coastal living, from driftwood-style floors and wave-tiled backsplash to woven accent pieces and sea inspired patterns. Large windows take full advantage of the natural light and highlight the view of the canal. Three bedrooms, three full bathrooms, and over 1500 sq ft of living space gives everyone room to relax.
