Dog-friendly desert boho style home by Joshua Tree Park

Desert Dorado is a 3bd/2ba dog-friendly tractor ranch-style home situated halfway between Joshua Tree National Park & Pioneertown in the High Desert of California. The home has been recently remodeled and is outfitted w/ vintage finds, rich textiles & desert boho vibes. There is plenty of space for entertaining outdoors. The property features several mature Joshua Trees, a private fenced in backyard and covered patio. There is a children’s playground & dog park right across the street from the front door. It’s in Sky Harbor a very safe and pristine neighborhood close to nearby shopping and quaint cafes. Both Joshua Tree National Park and the infamous roadside restaurant/venue Pappy & Harriettes are within a 15 min drive. If you are staying a bit longer venture “down the hill” to chic eating and nightlife in Palm Springs.

The master bedroom has high ceilings, a large closest and access to the patio. The master and 2nd bedroom share a Jack and Jill bathroom with a newly remodeled walk-in shower and modern vessel sink. Don’t worry the doors can be locked if you’d like to keep the bathroom all to yourself! The backyard is fenced in and features a large covered patio with a dining table. For warmer days jump into the Cowboy Pool to cool off and swing in the hammock between the trees. They’re Is a full kitchen with dishes, cookware and a French press for your morning java. Right outside the front door you will see views to the San Bernardino mountains.

The house has 2 Queen Nectar foam mattresses and 1 Saatva King bed. There is also a daybed in the Master. We provide linens, 6 bath towels and 6 hand towels. We don't provide toiletries. The kitchen has essential dish-ware and cookware along with an oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and french press (no microwave). There is a vinyl record player and records, board games, books and Corn Hole (no TV). There is a Cowboy Pool but its only operational during warmer months April - September.
