Classic McCall Lake House is definitely a classic! Lakefront with beach and private dock, great patio area near the dock for enjoying Payette Lake. This home has a large landscaped yard surrounded by trees to give you a private setting. An original lakefront home in McCall that comfortably accommodates 8 guests - this home has three bedrooms: Master with Serta adjustable King bed, second bedroom with two Queen beds (this room also has a pull out twin bench bed), and the third bedroom with another King size bed. Third bedroom has access to the patio with hot tub and beach!
Enjoy the panoramic views of the beautiful Payette Lake which includes front row seats to the 4th of July fireworks. Hang out with friends and family in the Hot Tub or by the fire pit on the private beach, breathe in the fresh mountain air and good times! There is a balcony off of the Master bedroom, a mid-level deck, and a lower patio area as well to relax in the outdoors. Pull through driveway allows for easy renter parking. This home has a fully stocked kitchen, BBQ grill with propane tanks, plenty of blankets/pillows/towels, washer and dryer, DVD's & DVD player, Smart TVs, WIFI, and a split-duct system with three AC units on the main level. There are two paddleboards on the 'dock deck' for guest use as well.

All our properties have self-check in via keyless entry or lockbox. Guest access codes and check in information will be sent to guests one week prior to arrival.
Parties and events are NOT allowed at this property.
Check in is any time after 4PM. Check out is at 10AM.
The guest renting this home must be an adult 25 years or older and will be an occupant of the unit during the entire reservation period.
This property is subject to all City of McCall ordinances, including those specific to noise levels, occupancy, and safety. No exceptions.

For properties with a fire pit, guests will need to purchase wood, available at several local stores.
Each rental property also includes a guest book with information and tips unique to the home, along with recommendations, local activities and events, local emergency contact information, including how to contact us â we're always just a phone call away.
Our office is located on the corner of North 3rd Street and McGinnis Street in McCall (directly across the street from The Mill restaurant) - stop by and say hello! Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am to 6pm, and Saturdays from 10am to 4:30pm.
