PLEASE NOTE: THIS PROPERTY SLEEPS UP TO 10 GUESTS ONLY!
Apartment is located above a Security Showroom directly across from St. Mary's Hospital (where several members of the Royal Family were born) and only a one minute walk from Paddington Station.

There are several flights of stairs to climb after entering through the front door so access to disabled or elderly may be limited.

Upon entering the apartment you will be greeted by the tiled terracotta floors, huge skylight and exposed brick wall of the living/dining room. A compact, and equipped kitchen also awaits you.

The first floor of the maisonette is a with shower room and a large bedroom comprising 4 single beds. . The large picture windows look out onto busy, cosmopolitan Praed Street.

Up one flight of stairs you will find three additional bedrooms, the bathroom and a utility closet, where washer and dryer are located. Two of the bedrooms are medium sized and furnished with double beds, while the third is much smaller and features bunk beds.

Recessed lighting is featured throughout the apartment. There is central heating but no air conditioning although in the case of a heat wave we will provide fans.

If you are part of a large group you can also rent our next door property which has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 6 persons.

The property was clean and well furnished! There were coffee shops, grocery, and souvenir shops nearby. The Paddington Tube was just across the street. This flat was so convenient to everything!

Great place to stay for a family

We stayed here with our teenaged kids and my parents and it was the perfect place to stay for the 6 of us. Great, central location making it a good home base for getting around all areas of London. The space is a bit dated, but still a great place to stay.

This flat is clean and comfortable. The area is also clean and safe with plenty of food, drink and other amenities . It's close to Paddington subway station which has access to several lines of trains including the national rail service.

Great Property

We enjoyed our stay there. We felt like it was as advertised. The property was very central to everything we wanted to see in London. Our only trepidation going in was the lack of AC, but we discovered it wasn't an issue. With the windows open and the fans on, the flat gets a nice cross-breeze.

Paddington at your doorstep

This apartment has an amazing location and the host is so easy to deal with. We arrived very early with young kids and my 70year old parents and the host kindly let us check in early, which was much appreciated! The only downside is lots of stairs and no lift but that just means you can eat more food ;)

Great Spot! Highly Recommend!

My partner & our 4 kids (ranging in age from 10-16) found the flat to be a great fit in a very convenient location - walkable to great spots like Hyde Park/Kensington Gardens and easy access to public transportation at Paddington Station. We had a great time and highly recommend staying with Adrienne.

Great location near public transportation

First, communication with the host was excellent and always prompt. Second, the unit looked and felt just like it was described and served our party of 6 very well! The home is only about 200 yards from the Paddington Tube station and was convenient to use as we moved around London. I would recommend this unit to large family groups. I found the host to be very friendly and helpful and check-in/check out was easy.

Great location!

This is a great spot for group looking for a be out and about in London - easy access to the tube, easy to-and-from Heathrow. Amenities are basic, but we were looking to stay in at any point in time. Nice to be two floors with two full bathrooms.

Short visit to London

We visited London for four days. In total we were eight people - 4 kids and four adults. The location was perfect and the response by the owners over a small problem was quickly resolved. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great flat for our group of 7

This property was perfect for our family group of 7. It was clean and though sparsely appointed, had most everything we needed during our week stay. The host was accessible and checked on us a time or two during the week. Your group all need to be able to climb the 39 steps up but beyond that it was a great, convenient place to stay during our week in London.

Perfect location and amenities!

Four of us came for a weekend of football, and the location could not have been more perfect! Steps from Paddington Station (Heathrow Express, Paddington Tube stop) and surrounded by coffee shops, pubs and restaurants. We all had our own bedroom, with plenty of space and a common area to gather at night to swap stories. The flat was clean and perfectly suited our needs. Adrienne was a great host and we appreciated her pre-visit communication. Five star rating all the way and we just might have to make this an annual trip!

Awesome location

My wife and I with four children loved our stay in London. The proximity to Paddington was perfect. It was also convenient with many restaurants close by. Noisy of course at night, which is to be expected being in any city. We brought out silicone earplugs, so I slept well while there. Kitchen cabinet needs simple hinge tightening so it closes. Thanks!

Great location!

The space was very nice. Bathrooms were very comfortable, bedrooms were nice and had fans in each room. The kitchen worked for our minimal needs and the TV room was nice for watching the Olympics. For me, the best part was the location. Being next to the hospital, close to Hyde Park, tons of restaurant and shop options right outside the door, and Paddington station was great for the Underground and Heathrow Express. There is also a hop on hop off bus tour stop right around the corner that serviced a few of the different companies. Adrienne was very easy to communicate with and supportive as well. Thanks!

Outstanding location, quality, and host!

My wife, daughter (her, husband, 4 kids 8-14), and I stayed for a week at this flat and thoroughly enjoyed every minute. The flat was in excellent condition with all amenities in full order per the VRBO listing. The flat is located just 3 minutes walk from Paddington Station, which made it extremely convenient to use the train, Tube, and buses. Lots of nearby food shops, coffee shops, and restaurants (we highly recommend F&B). Adrienne was one of the best hosts I have ever encountered. She made the rental process very simple and was always prompt to reply to any questions. Fair warning: you do need to climb 2-1/2 flights of steps and there is no elevator. This was no problem for any of us. The best recommendation I can give is that when it was time to leave, my 8 year old grand-daughter asked if we could just buy the flat and move here because she liked it so much.

Paddington central

Location, location, location. You can’t beat this location. As long as you can walk up two flights of stairs, this location is perfect. Across the street from Paddington station and St Mary’s hospital. Never too noisy even though centrally located. Enough space for two families, six kids and four adults. We were able to take the tube everywhere. The station was only one block away from this flat. Great corner pub at the end of the block and a bakery close by too. Easy check in with punch code key pad and lock box for keys. No air conditioning. Fortunately the London weather held under 80 F and fans were provided. Windows were kept open to keep cool. Not too much street noise despite being across from the hospital. Would recommend to large groups.
