On the 1st floor you will find a large living room serving as a lounge, all opening onto a terrace with a breathtaking view of the pond, you will prepare meals in a fitted kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer) - the sleeping area includes 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed with a view of the pond, and a bedroom with 2 80 cm beds (ideal for children). A bathroom and separate WC. On the ground floor 2 additional bedrooms: 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed and 1 bedroom with 1 90 cm bunk bed - A laundry area (washing machine) and a space for storing bicycles, a paddle, your beach gear, etc.
Outside, you can have your meals on the covered terrace. The house is fully fenced - All around a garden - Possibility to park 2 vehicles within the grounds of the property.
