Clean and convenient.

Very centrally located between town and the ski slopes. Phillipe was very kind and his place is very clean and well equipped with everything you need.

Relaxing and comfortably cozy holiday apartment

Beautifully maintained and immaculate apartment! Less than a five minute walk to 2 different grocery stores (Aldi & Edeka), along with a Fristo Getränkemarkt! We had a lovely time exploring the area knowing that there was a nice warm apartment to return to and relax. A restaurant next door gave a great option if we returned too late and did not want to cook dinner. The host Phillipe was very friendly, helpful and courteous. We highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful Stay!

My family of four spent several wonderful nights exploring Garmisch and Munich using Phillipe's apartment as our home base. The apartment is spacious, fully equipped and most importantly sparkling clean. Phillipe was a great host, easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The location was perfect for easy access to sights as there is a bus stop at the entry way. Grocery stores are literally next door so it is easy to pop over for any food. Plus it is very quiet and we all slept well, an important part for any successful vacation with kids. We would definitely recommend booking this apartment!

Quaint winter escape

The apartment was conveniently located for our visiting purposes. The apartment was surprisingly large and had all needed appliances except for a washer and dryer. The apartment was extremely clean and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. As far as checking in, if my son did not live in the area to retrieve the key before 7pm, I don't know how I would have gotten the key with the long trip I had had for the day. A key lockbox would be convenient to use only if you have someone unable to be in person from 3-7p during those check in times. Thank you so much for a great stay!

Sehr schöne saubere Wohnung werde die irgendwann wieder Buchen. Der Ort ist schön ruhig und nicht weit von Garmisch,wir hatten eine schöne Zeit,es gibt viel zu sehen wie die Zugspitze oder Schloss Lichtenstein und vieles mehr,wir waren jeden Tag unterwegs

Tolle Woche

Unser Aufenthalt war besser, als erwartet. Die Wohnung ist sogar größer, als die Bilder es darstellen können dank einem tollen Schnitt. Es hat sich angefüllt wie ein Zuhause. Alles sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Lage ist perfekt! Bushaltestelle direkt vorm Hoftor, Aldi, Edeka nur 500 Schritte entfernt. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Beim nächsten GP Besuch buchen wir die Wohnung definitiv noch mal!

Skifahren im Zugspitzgebiet

Die Fewo liegt zwischen der Alpspitz- und Zugspitzbergbahn - beide sind mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. In direkter Nachbarschaft (5 min zu Fuß) gibt es verschiedene Supermärkte (Aldi und Edeka).Wir waren zum Skifahren hier und es war sehr angenehm.Für Partyfreunde, die in der Wohnung die ganze Nacht durchfeiern möchten ist sie eher nicht geeignet, da sie sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus befindet, und die Hausordnung mit den Ruhezeiten einzuhalten ist.Uns als Familie hat dies nicht gestört, wir waren ja zum Urlaub und Erholung hier.

Gute Ferienwohnung - schöner Urlaub

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser Ferienwohnung, Betten, Bad, Küche alles bestens. Nähe zur Zugspitze und Garmisch sehr gut. Aufgrund schlechtem Wetter 2 Tage früher abgereist. Auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert hier zu buchen.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Familien-Urlaub mit Hund. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral (zwischen Resort und Camping Grainau), nahe an Garmisch-Partenkirchen und den sehr schönen Ausflugszielen wie Zugspitze, Eibsee etc.

sehr schöne Wohnung in sehr schöner Umgebung. Besonders hervorheben muß ich den Gastgeber Herrn von Zitzewitz. Sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Top Schlüsselübergabe, Die Wohnung hat eibe sehr gute Lage mit Bushaltestelle vor der Tür. Sehr empfehlenswert
