Upon arrival, you will find the following essentials available for the start of your stay (starter kit, not replenished):

2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel
Sugar, tea and coffee (1 dose per person)
Oil, vinegar, salt and pepper
All household linen is included for your comfort: sheets, tea towels, bath mats, bath towels, as well as dedicated jacuzzi towels, one per person.

Access to the villa is via the condominium roads.

You have access to the entire villa.
A parking space is reserved for you inside the property. Access is via an automatic gate.

We are available 7 days a week by phone, messaging or SMS.

We welcome guests between 3:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. for key handover.

You must inform us in advance of your arrival time so that we can organise your welcome in the best possible conditions.

Check-out is before 10:00 a.m.

For any request for early or late arrival, the request must be made no later than the day before arrival before 6:00 p.m. It will be accepted depending on the availability of the accommodation.

Early arrival at 1:00 p.m.: €45
Late check-out at 12:00 p.m.: €45
Late arrival between 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m.: €50
Late arrival after 11:00 p.m.: €70
Additional late arrival fee: €30

The access roads to the villa are shared with the private estate. It is therefore important to respect the house rules and the tranquillity of the premises.

Outside the villa, on the terrace and in the garden, appropriate clothing is required.

Any barbecue other than electric is strictly prohibited.

Important:
A security deposit request will be sent to you via our provider SWIKLY through the reservation messaging system.

This security deposit is neither debited nor does it affect your card limit, as no funds are blocked.

The security deposit must be completed 7 days before arrival. Otherwise, the reservation will be cancelled, in accordance with the contractual terms and conditions of sale.
