Enjoy an unforgettable stay in this exceptional apartment featuring a private rooftop with stunning views, ideally located in the very center of Marseille. Just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Port, restaurants, bars, shops, and all major attractions, it is the perfect address to discover Marseille, its beaches, the Calanques, and the surrounding region.
A secure underground public car park (paid) is located at the foot of the building.
With direct access to a terrace offering city views and outdoor furniture, this air-conditioned apartment includes:
2 sleeping areas: a lower bed (160x200 cm) and an upper bed (140x190 cm)
A fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, and flat-screen TV
A modern shower room
Bed linen provided (sheets, bath towels, and kitchen towels)
Wifi included in the price
Upon arrival, a complimentary starter kit is provided (non-renewable):
Laundry detergent and cleaning products
2 rolls of toilet paper, shower gel
Sugar, tea, and coffee (1 pod per person)
Oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper
Thanks to our self check-in system, you can arrive at the time that suits you best, with complete freedom, while we remain available nearby should you need assistance.
Guests have access to the entire apartment. The rooftop terrace is fully private.
After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to the apartment guide. This will also give you the option of selecting flexible check-in and check-out times for an additional fee.
Parties, events, and noise disturbances are strictly prohibited, in accordance with building regulations and out of respect for neighbors.
Everything is in place to provide a pleasant, comfortable, and stress-free stay in a practical and well-located setting.
After climbing 92 steps, you’ll be rewarded with a wonderful view from the terrace — definitely worth the effort!
The Old Port district is both a tourist area and a favorite meeting place for locals, with many bars and restaurants as well as departures for boat excursions. With a bit of luck, you may even spot dolphins when visiting the Calanques of Marseille.
Within less than 3 minutes, you will find boat departures, the metro, and a bus network that allows you to explore the whole city. Bike and scooter rental stations are also available nearby.
A deposit of €500 in the form of a bank card imprint will be taken the day before your arrival. This serves as a guarantee in the event of damage, theft or loss of keys/objects, lack of care for the accommodation (dirt, rubbish left behind), or unauthorised use of equipment and, more generally, in the event of non-compliance with the contract (pets, number of people, timetables, etc.).
This deposit is not a release from liability; the tenant may be held liable for amounts exceeding the deposit.
Any damage noticed on arrival (within 4 hours) or during the stay must be reported immediately with photos. The deposit will be released within a week of departure. Access to the accommodation is only permitted once the deposit has been validated.
