Air conditioning will be available in all bedrooms from June. Heating in every room. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms. There is no air conditioning in the common areas, but the villa benefits from pleasant natural ventilation thanks to the sea breeze. The atmosphere remains fresh and very comfortable.
A fireplace is available in the living room.
Firewood is available in the garden.
Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, and iron. Additional fridge/freezers available inside if needed.
A carport for 3 cars, plus an entrance area where 3 additional cars can be parked, all secured by a gate.
2 travel cots are available, one with a thick mattress and one with the original mattress.
On arrival, the following essentials will be provided for the start of your stay; this kit is not replenished:

Household linen is provided, including bath towels, tea towels, and bed linen.
Pool towels are not provided.
Parties, noise, and visitors:
Out of respect for the neighbours, parties and gatherings are prohibited, and loud music, especially outdoors, is strictly forbidden.
The accommodation is strictly reserved for the guests listed on the booking.
🛑 A sound detection device, indoors and outdoors, is installed to prevent disturbances. It does not record audio or video; it only measures noise levels.
In the event of non-compliance with the house rules, particularly noise disturbances, parties, or the presence of unauthorised guests, the contract may be terminated immediately, resulting in the interruption of the stay without refund.
The villa is close to beaches and tourist attractions.
Carry-le-Rouet is very well located, around 25 minutes by car from Marseille, and easily accessible via the A55 motorway. This allows you to enjoy all the cultural and historical attractions of France’s second-largest city while benefiting from the tranquillity of a coastal village.
As the street where the villa is located is fairly central, you should be able to access it easily on foot from the harbour or the town centre, where most points of interest are located.
By car:
From Marseille:
If you are arriving from Marseille, access is easy via the N568 national road or the A55 motorway.
Take the A55 towards Cassis/Martigues, then follow signs for Carry-le-Rouet.
Journey time: around 25–30 minutes, depending on traffic.
From Marseille-Provence Airport (MRS):
If you are coming from Marseille Airport, located around 15 km from Carry-le-Rouet, you can reach the town by taking the A7 motorway, then the A55.
Journey time: around 20–25 minutes.

Public parking: Carry-le-Rouet has several public car parks close to the town centre and harbour, often free or low-cost, where you can park your car.
By train:
Nearest station: Carry-le-Rouet has a small train station, located around 10–15 minutes on foot from the centre.
Access from Marseille: From Marseille, take a train on the Marseille–Miramas or Marseille–Martigues line. Trains run regularly and the journey takes around 20–25 minutes.

We welcome guests between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. for key handover.
You must let us know your arrival time in advance so that we can organise your welcome in the best possible conditions.
Check-out is before 10 a.m.
For any request for early or late arrival, the request must be made no later than the day before arrival before 6 p.m. It will be accepted subject to the accommodation’s availability.
Early check-in at 3 p.m.: €120
Late check-out at 12 p.m.: €120
Late arrival between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m.: €50
Late arrival after 11 p.m.: €70

Any damage must be reported within 4 hours of arrival, with photos, or immediately during the stay.
The security deposit is automatically released between 8 and 14 days after departure.
🔒 Access to the accommodation is only authorised once the security deposit has been validated.
A €2,000 security deposit must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. It is neither debited nor blocked and serves as a guarantee in the event of:
Damage to furniture or equipment in the accommodation, such as a torn sofa or broken television
Theft or loss of keys or valuable items, such as a set of keys or a valuable item left in the accommodation
Lack of care for the accommodation during the stay, such as dirt marks or rubbish left in the property
Unauthorised use of the accommodation’s equipment, for example using a barbecue without authorisation or excessive electricity consumption
Failure to comply with the rental agreement, such as pets, the number of guests, or late arrival time
This deposit does not limit liability; the tenant may be held responsible beyond the amount of the deposit.
Access to the property will only be authorised once the security deposit has been validated.
