On the ground floor: 3 bedrooms
- 1 master bedroom with double bed, air conditioning, renovated bathroom and toilet, and view of the swimming pool
- 1 bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and garden view
- 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and garden view. The latter 2 will share the bathroom and separate toilet
- 4 bathrooms in total, including showers and bathtub
- 5 toilets
- A large terrace on the first floor with a sea view
- A large private swimming pool with a spectacular view of the sea. Security alarm in place. Lighting in the pool for the evening. The pool is not heated

A deposit of €2,000 must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival.
