Covering a total ground floor surface area of 120m², the Sechoir des Milandes offers:
* a huge living room of more than 50m², spacious and light, with a comfortable sitting area (2 sofas, coffee table and TV) and a dining area (solid wooden table and 6 chairs). Large french windows open onto the garden offering an easy inside/outside lifestyle in the summer months.
* a beautiful modern kitchen, full equipped (induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle...) with plenty of storage space and a breakfast bar.
* a corridor leads to the sleeping accommodation, to the right of the entrance, insuring peace and quiet in the bedrooms:
* the first double bedroom offers a double bed (140cm wide), built in wardrobe and bedside tables and lamps.

The Sechoir des Milandes is situated in the heart of the Perigord Noir, in the Dordogne valley just 4kms from Beynac, 8km from Castelnaud and 15km from Sarlat la Canéda, the "jewel of the Perigord". It is the ideal starting point to explore the region, and the main tourist sites of the Dordogne, all close by.

The market town of St Cyprien is only 5kms away, and its Sunday morning market is well known.

The village of St Vincent de Cosse itself is also charming and is known for its many remarkable architectural elements (paved roman path, ancient washhouse...) which you can discover on foot from the house on one of the many indicated footpaths.

For water sports and canoeing, the Dordogne river and the leisure base of the Port d'Envaux are just 800m from the house.
