Superb 3 BR Townhome in Cascade Village w/Bikes, Shared Spa, Sauna & Cold Plunge

Perfect for the whole family, this wonderfully appointed, professionally managed, 1624 sq. ft., three-bedroom townhome is situated within walking distance of the luxury amenities of Cascade Village and nearby Lionshead and Vail Villages. You'll enjoy sunny southern exposures and a convenient, yet secluded, setting overlooking Gore Creek.

If you are here for skiing, there is no better location! Skip the lines and parking costs and take the short walk to Chair 20 at Cascade Village. There you will ride to the top of Vail Mountain. After the slopes, enjoy the community, year round spa and sauna a stones throw from the condo entry.

Don't forget, Vail is just as impressive in the summer as it is in the winter! Hike, bike, and fly fish in the gold medal waters of Gore Creek all within walking distance of this charming property. If you prefer to take a ride to Lionshead or even Vail Village, you can hop on the free shuttle located in Cascade Village.

About the property/complex:

The main access to the condo is up a medium, 20 step flight of stairs bringing you over the 1 car garage. From the entry there is a small flight of stairs up to the main level which includes the main living area, kitchen, powder room and master suite. A small flight of stairs down from the entry will bring you to the lower level which includes the queen suite, twin room, shared bath and laundry.

This was a wonderful townhome for our Thanksgiving stay! Everything was really nice and clean and the big windows with beautiful views were such a bonus. As was the garage space! Very cozy overall! Nice to be able to walk the path by the river to the town everyday as well. Check in and out instruction were clear and easy. We use VRBO a lot and this was truly a gem!!! Would definitely stay again!! Thank you!!

Weekend in Vail for Work

The property was excellent! Spacious with high ceilings, and only a few steps away from Hyatt. Beautiful views of the creek off the dining room, and so much natural light. The hosts were super communicative, and made it a point to check in each day to see how things were going. I would definitely stay again!

Great location next to Creek with big windows. Rented equipment at Venture Sports in the Grand Hyatt with walk out access to Cascade lift. Easy way to ski Vail.

I have stayed at this property before. Everything was as expected. The condo was clean, well stocked in the kitchen, and a great location for ski rental and lift. The property managers did a great job of communicating with me. I hope to return to this property in the future.

Great property & location

This is the second time we rent the apartment. The property is in great condition and the location is amazing. Kids had a wonderful time with the river so close and Donovan Park just a short walk away.

Vail Summer Family Vacation

Perfect place for our family of five (with two grown college kids!) to stay in Vail. The main living area has plenty of space for everyone to relax. The large family style kitchen table provides ample room if you want to host large meals after a fun day of hiking, biking, golfing or just hanging around the Village or Lionshead. My favorite retreat was the outside deck where I would read or just relax while watching and listening to the stream less than 100 feet below. Speaking of bikes, what a nice surprise to find the two bikes in the garage which made getting to Lionshead and the Village a breeze! Would absolutely stay here again.

Vail - President’s week

This 3 bedroom condo was perfect for our family of 4. It was clean, had enough space for all of us, the chairlift is about a 5 minute walk and the community hot tub is right next to the Condo. We would definitely recommend to stay here.

Wonderful vacation rental

Our stay during vacation was incredible. The wonderful property management made certain our condo was in great condition with all the things we needed during our time there. Clean, cozy, and spacious space close to slopes

My family and I stayed here during spring break. The home was spotless, comfortable, and had every amenity we needed. It is located a short walk to cascade lift and travel to vail and Lionshead village was easy via shuttles. Gordon was very communicative and an excellent host. Would definitely recommend this home and stay again!

Great stay

The property was perfect and had all the desired amenities. Not the management companies fault but the community hot tub was Luke warm. The location is dependent upon the bus system which is just ok. For convenience the ski rental and lift is a five minute walk from unit at the Hyatt. Would 100 percent do this property again

Fabulous family chalet!

My husband and our three kids in their 20's loved everything about this property. It was warm and cozy but there was lots of room for us all to spread out. There was room to park our Ford Expedition right in front and ski storage in the garage. The chalet is within a short walking distance to the Cascade lift, which meant no waiting in any morning lift lines. The home was clean, well stocked and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals (including small appliances, dishes, cutlery but also spices, food wrap, dish soap, etc). The spa and sauna were not busy and were conveniently located just across the road . All in all, we would highly recommend renting this unit.

The property was nice and in a great location. It only took a couple of minutes to get to rentals and the lift. The property manager, Gordon, was accommodating and available. Overall, a great stay.
