The villa "La Rouvière located on the edge of a forest, at the end of a dead-end along a charming hamlet, is a single-storey house. It consists of a living room in front of the fireplace and a TV lounge area. A large folding door opens onto a terrace giving access to the large sunny deck by the pool (4,92 feet deep). with the view of the hills to the horizon.
The fully equipped kitchen has a covered terrace for your meals outdoors. The room "Forest" contains a double bed and wardrobe, and the room "Garden", includes a double bed that can also be converted into two single beds on request and a wardrobe. The bathroom contains a spacious walk-in shower, a built-in sink and a washing machine. Private parking.
