Golf Trip

Played the Payson golf course and had some nice dinners. Was nice and close to restaurants. Fargos Is our favorite.

Exactly as presented!

A very clean and exactly as pictured property. Communication with owners was timely and there were no issues. This was a short stay for us but we would rent again and highly recommend this property!

The manager/owner was contacted that the TV's were not working. 1st response was reqd the manual and the buttons were on the side of the TV. THAT DIDN'T WORK. CONTACTED AGAIN. RESPONSE WAS THERE IS PROBLEMS IN THE AREA. When we spoke to another person at the complex, they were not having any problems. Owners didnt come and. He k or send someone to fi . But to blow us OFF. Like the complex, and the unit. But we will not be staying at 5A again. Other u its available and we will rent one of those, as we have a project we will be working on for several years.

Clean and quiet!

Upon walking in, we were very impressed with the cleanliness of the condo! Towels and sheets were fresh and crisp. The community was quiet with a fun area for our young kids to explore amongst the trees, brush and snow. We enjoyed our night and plan on booking again!

New Years 2022

We stayed here over this past new years, we have a family of 5 plus our goldendoodle. Property was as advertised, along with prior and during our stay very responsive host who quickly answered our questions and helped make the stay effortless for us. We will definitely stay here again, location is close to town and amenities but yet you don't hear the noise. It was the perfect get away for us.

Comfort in the Pines

I wanted to treat my daughter, who had just experienced a loss, to a healing getaway at Christmas time. We booked this lovely condo in Payson, which is convenient to everything and yet in a pretty quiet area. The fully equipped kitchen made preparing and serving our holiday meal a breeze. The place was very clean and organized, and had all the comforts of home. It was refreshing to our souls. We only wish we’d had snow and had been able to stay longer.

From the minute we walked in the front door, we felt as though we were staying in a resort suite! Everything was perfect! Very roomy, quiet, and comfortable. Brian is an excellent host and answered any questions we had very quickly. The property is very close to stores and restaurants and that convenience was wonderful. Highly recommend!

Anniversary Stay

Went to Payson for our Anniversary weekend. Had a great time and the property was perfect. Great communications before and during our stay. While location of the property is convenient and close to town, there is quite a bit of traffic noise, small issue but would definitely rent again.

Fantastic peaceful condo

The condo was in great condition, with everything spotless. It has everything you would need for your stay.(Pots,Pans,Dishes,Bath essentials, you name it). It is conveniently located in the middle of Payson, you could walk to several stores from the condo. The communication with the Brian was awesome, responses came in a matter of minutes. Nothing negative about this rental at all. A+++++++++

Great place to stay!

On short notice my family and I decided to do some hiking around Payson. Found this property and it was a perfect stay. We were incredibly comfortable and enjoyed out time.
