dormitorio principal con cama king size, 2do dormitorio con 2 camas individuales y una litera, el loft tiene una cama queen y un futón, cocina completa, cuarto de lavado, comedor y sala de estar con un sofá cama, un porche y sala de juegos. La sala de juegos tiene sofá, área de TV / películas, mesa de billar, máquina de pinball y tablero de dardos, así como juegos y rompecabezas. Bote de remos disponibles, patio cubierto con parrilla de carbón. Todo esto es una comunidad boscosa tranquila, cerca del río Verde. El acceso a través de un cruce de agua hace que el área sea más tranquila para nuestros visitantes. Ven y disfruta de la vida silvestre y el paisaje en nuestra pequeña y tranquila parte del mundo.

Nice cabin. Family loved the game room and this was close enough to town for a quick 5 - 10 minute drive to watch and participate in the Fourth of July 250th celebration at Green Valley Park. River was just down the road as well to enjoy. Communication with host was great and they were quick to respond with any questions we had. Definitely looking forward to coming back.

This is by far the WORST VRBO experience we have ever had. This was for my son's 13th birthday, all he asked for was fishing and the Mexican food place with family. When we arrived at was about 345 and it was 84 degrees, we turned on the air and I said man that should really turn on the air when they know people are coming. We left and went to dinner even though we brought food

My air conditioner was never off. The condensor had failed as electric appliances can. The guest arrived at 3:45 checking in early, that was OK, however instead of letting me know there was an issue he notified me at 8:30. I came up to check on the issue however couldn't get a repair person out @ that time of night. The kids were all playing games in the air conditioned gameroom and seemed to be having a very good time. The whole lower area of the home is on a different air conditioner and it was working without any issue. The group of 4 I had rented to could have been accommodated in the gamerroom area until morning when I could get a repair person but had invited extra guests. I offered them their money back they declined as their now larger group was going to take extra motel rooms. I gave them all the fans from my house. Looked for available motels and offered them that information but they refused. I did everything I could have done for this group even though they weren't all on my booking. I wanted to attach his phone messages on how wonderful my house was but don't see a way to do so and he was only communicating via text even though I asked him to communicate on the site. My jacuzzi was also used during their one night stay. When they decided to return home the next morning they were reimbursed for same.

Great quirky house! The kids enjoyed the game room, basketball and hot tub. The moms loved the quiet of this little valley (other than our children) and having a little warming fire each night. The owner is very kind and is close by for anything you might need. Stay here if your in the area!

Cabin with everything

This was an amazing cabin. It had everything you need from games and entertainment to beautiful scenery. We enjoyed the hot tub under the stars as. Walking to the verde river. So beautiful! Would recommend staying here!

Great stay for families

Lots to do at the actual property as well as the area around. Great for kids. Outdoor area is perfect for hanging out and eating outside. Owner is close for any concerns or questions.

Nice fun house

Had a wonderful time enjoying the jacuzzi and game room. Beds were comfortable and the house comes with anything you could need. Great communication with landlords.

This place is sooo beautiful!! The property is backed up right to a river and there's several secluded spots if you keep traveling/walking down the trails. The house/cabin was perfect! So much to do! The game room downstairs was a lot of fun. The fireplace was super cozy and got it pretty warm. The beds are cozy and kitchen was fun to cook in. My puppers had a blast in the backyard and we spent a lot of time in the Jacuzzi. We extended an extra day because we loved it so much. If you're thinking about staying here, do it! There's lots of things to and places to adventure, it's deep out of town and super secluded

Cute and cozy house perfect for the whole family

This house was exactly as described. We loved every minute of our stay. The house had everything you could think of for a weekend get away. Right outside of Payson, it gave the perfect feel for a weekend in the woods. This friendly community was great for our kids to be outside able to play and go for a walk by the river. We’d love to visit this home again!

Great Holiday Getaway

The cabin was perfect for the Christmas holiday - spacious with plenty of entertainment offerings. We are a family of four with two dogs and were very comfortable in the cabin. The kitchen is updated and worked well for cooking family meals. Neighborhood felt safe and the nearby hiking trail was a bonus. Verla was very helpful upon arrival and the detailed instructions in the cabin made our stay seamless.

Great for the family!

Our stay was great! A quick 5 minute walk fishing. The boys caught small fish. The gameroom was great for some fun family competition from pool to a video arcade. The hot tub was perfect after a day of hiking. Verlander was very accommodating on check in and check out times. I had the most relaxing Mother's Day weekend.

New years getaway

Property was more in a tighter neighborhood than we expected. With cabins very close. But neighborhood was very respectful and quit. The host gave amazing perfect directions to the cabin and was easy to communicate with multiple ways. Layout of the property was fun, the game room and hot tub were a hit! Thank you and have a great 2025!!

Softball Weekend

We stayed here for a softball tournament with 2 moms and 2 girls. They really enjoyed the game area downstairs on their off time (and I enjoyed the pinball)! Verla was great to communicate with and was very prompt to our questions all weekend. She even left a little good luck cake for the girls, which they loved! Thanks, Verla!

Just like home

The cabin was beautiful, loved the personal touches. Bottle of wine, games very cozy. Would love to bring my grandbabies next time. So many things for the kids to do. Especially loved the hand quilted blankets. Only complaint was the mattress in the second bedroom very springy. The jacuzzi was great and our dogs LOVED the yard. Verla was awesome.

My husband and I were married for over 55 years. He recently passed away and my grandson is with me. We bought and remodeled these homes. We are the proud parents of 2 children and now have added their spouses to our family. Our son and his wife have 2 boys, our daughter and her spouse have 2 girls. We were blessed to find our home in this quiet community. We loved the quiet and solitude here. We were able to build and remodel 5 homes one for us and 4 we are able to share with others. This work was done by my husband and myself. I live down the street from the rentals so I am close by for any needs.

We totally have fallen in love with this area so when we had the opportunity to purchase the 3 homes we decided to make them into vacation rentals. We live down the street from the rentals.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

home owner close by for any problems or questions, area is quiet and children can play outside in the fenced in yard. Surrounded by the national forest area where you can take your quads out riding,(must be street licensed and follow speed limits while in housing area) You can ride out on the Forest roads. You can fish on the East Verde River which is a close walk from our home. If you have additional family members and need additional room the house next to this is VRBO # 969492 or #2680098.
