Ok place with ATTACHED UNIT IN THE BACK
Pros: decent location, ok neighborhood, nice major appliances (stove, fridge, W/D, TV), good size dining room. Nice sitting area in side yard
Cons: very little daylight, living room has windows blocked by added unit in back, bedding is older and uncomfortable, dinnerware and glass ware are minimal and poor quality not even enough for 5 people, only one living room with seating for 5 people only. Basic cable only. I don’t plan to watch any games no espn or nfl etc. unless you use your own subscription. Grill worked but not properly. Temp only got up to 300 degrees and the grate was very very dirty so we skipped cooking out. Owner failed to disclose surveillance system and camera locations which is against VRBO policy. The house is not a real single family home. No driveway, no garage, no entertainment space, no backyard. A second unit is attached and rented separately which takes away from privacy. Owner mentioned a unit in the back but did not say it was attached (I thought it was a separate guest house in the backyard). Side yard is nice but not private there is a door and 3 windows to the second unit Omer looking the grill area. Dogs next door bark constantly as soon as one steps to the sideyard. Owner attempted to add charges after we left for accidentally unplugging security system. A charge that was not disclosed.
Overall: we use vrbo to enjoy time together as a family. This is not the place to do that.
