Beds were very uncomfortable and there was only 2 wash towels for four guest the microwave didn’t work the floors were dirty trash behind the dressing master bathroom

Thank you for your feedback, and I’m sorry to hear that your stay didn’t meet expectations. I do want to clarify a couple of things—there were bath towels provided for four guests prior to your arrival, so I’m sorry if there was any confusion there. Additionally, the microwave has since been replaced to ensure everything is working properly for future guests. Cleanliness is very important to us, and we take concerns like this seriously. Had we been made aware during your stay, we would have gladly addressed any issues right away.

Perfect stay

This location was perfect for us to go serve at Operation Christmas Child. Quiet neighborhood just minutes away from all the attractions of the Colony. We really enjoyed our stay the house was beautiful and spacious the host was fantastic.

Great Place to Stay

Overall wonderful space. Very cozy with plenty of room for the 5 of us. The neighborhood doesn't look the greatest at first, but everyone seemed nice and no one bugged us at all. It was super quiet there at night as well. Close to everything we wanted to go and see as well.

Host was very responsive. Upon arrival we found things were not super clean, not filthy by any means just not as clean as others I have stayed at. The kitchen has bare minimum supplies, only a few pots to cook with. No supplies such as aluminum foil, quart bags etc. There was only a half a roll of paper towels and one extra roll of toilet paper but the host brought them by when I let her know. Overall the stay was ok, but more attention to detail would have made the stay better. Neighborhood was quiet and we had no issues with anyone.

Thank you for your feedback. The home was professionally cleaned prior to arrival, and we have timestamped photos confirming its condition. If anything had felt off, I would have been more than happy to send the cleaning crew back immediately had I been notified. Regarding the kitchen, we provide the listed amenities, including six pots and pans for cooking. Items such as aluminum foil and zip-top bags are not listed amenities and are not typically provided. When you let me know about additional paper goods, I was glad to bring those by promptly. I appreciate you noting the quiet neighborhood and responsive communication, and I value feedback that helps ensure expectations are clear for future guests.

Family approved property

Our stay was great, we were there for a football tournament, venue was 10min from property, short drive to Grandscape and 5 min to the water park! Kroger near by which was very helpful for us.

Location is great, just a few miles from all of the restaurants and entertainment that Grandscape has to offer. Someone else mentioned the neighborhood being questionable in their review - but the neighbors were friendly and the neighborhood was quiet.Christa was great, as she called me and helped me get in when I had some issues with the keypad lock. Other communications were spot on. I recommend her and this property.

Great property! Okay neighborhood

The home was very clean and definitely met our expectations. It was exactly as the photos showed. The host quickly responded to my questions prior to checking in which was nice. We had a porch light bulb go out while we were there and they changed it same day! The only downside was I wish check in was a little earlier for people traveling, we had an early flight but weren’t able to check in until the afternoon and the neighborhood was a 6/10 as far as looks but we had no issue with neighbors

We had a guest check out that same day so we turned the house over as quickly as possible. The guest checked in early. She checked in right when the cleaner finished at 2:51pm. Check in is 4:00. A lot of hosts charge for an early check in which I didn’t. The guest also requested a late check out which I accommodated and didn’t charge for.

Very good location! Close to everything and my family which is what I really enjoyed! The property is a little older and dated than what we prefer but for the cost it was great! There were a couple of imperfections like (the back gate was broken and open when we got there but we found a stick to keep it closed in the ally behind the house. Their was dog poop in the back yard so my babies couldnt run bear foot like they wanted to, the floors werent the cleanest but they werent filthy, but again with little babies had to stay prompt on picking up dropped things so they wouldnt eat them.)The response time of the host was great, internet worked very good, and again the location in terms of closeness to a lot of things we wanted to do was AMAZING. The neighborhood itself was a little tight and they had some construction on the road, it was a little difficult to get in and out with all the cars on the side of the street. I dont think i would stay again due to my preferences but I would recommend for a cost effiecient option for families that need somehting quick and near activities!

There’s a reason you have to get the insurance

The stay was fine, only minor things not worth the hassle was noticed. However, I get a notification once I’m home that I was accused of taking 2 accent pillows that didn’t even exist while I was in the home and the insurance claim was filed. I have video when I first got there showing they weren’t there and the owner even stated that it could have missing prior to my arrival. Beware if you stay here and definitely get your before & after photos!
