Sunny, quiet vacation home by the lake

The lovingly decorated holiday home is in a wonderfully sunny and quiet location in the holiday Jägerwiesen on Erlau Zwiesel Kurparksee. The closest major city Waldkirchen is about 4 kilometers away. Until the three-river city of Passau is 30 kilometers.
The Roof house is perfectly suitable for 2 - 5 people, and every season offers comfort and coziness.

The owner family is very attentive to good facilities. The house is continually renovated and beautified. Thus, it differs considerably from the original standard house in the holiday park.

It is a new entrance with insulated windows and a new heating were u. A. Installed, which provide in winter for warmth. For more brightness, a large window was installed at the dining area. For rest, a good night's sleep, so we have the master bedroom with a double bed with good (!) Cold foam mattresses. The beds in the nursery have also received new mattresses. In 2015, the bathroom was enlarged and refurbished.

On the ground floor of the cozy living room with satellite flat screen TV, DVD player and radio is (with USB port), plus a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. Brochures with excursions, books and various games are also provided for you. For small children a high chair is available. There is also a portable cassette player with microphone children and a variety of children's cassettes (Pumuckl, fairy tale, little witch, children's songs, etc.)

The kitchen has plenty of dishes and glasses, 4 hobs, fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and microwave.
A wooden staircase leads to the top floor to the two bedrooms (1x 3 beds, 1x double bed 2x2m).
In 3-bedroom a children's travel cot can also be set up. A travel cot including extra mattress is available. There is also a case of protection that can be applied for small children on regular bed.
To blackout are mounted in both bedrooms blinds.

A door secures the stairs. There is also a night light, which gently illuminates the stairs at night. The wooden steps of the stairs are precautionary secured with a non-slip strips.

The house has a large lawn, a barbecue for an enjoyable barbecue evenings and a sunny, wonderfully quiet terrace. For children there is directly adjacent a new wooden swing with 2 swing seats (a baby swing is in the garden house ready) and a sandbox to play. In a spacious garden hut you will find everything you need for a pleasant stay: chairs, loungers, pillows and an additional barbecue.
