There are Two separate rooms one with Murphy cabinet and the other w/ Sleep / Sofa. One bedroom also includes a separate sleep / sofa. Host is very helpful and responsive. The property itself is beautiful - the view, the cosy furniture, the space, the ensuite rooms. The lighthouse suite is actually 2 separate rooms sharing 1 bathroom within one of the rooms, which was a pleasant surprise. It was fun to access the lighthouse on the roof, and made the whole home feel very spacious and fun to spend a weekend in. Hope to be back again. Definitely book this!

Perfect house for my group of friends! We loved the separate bedrooms with either a king of queen bed and the en-suite bathrooms. The common areas all very comfortable and our favorite spot was the big deck overlooking the ocean. Kevin was a great host. I would highly recommend staying at this house for an any occasion, has all the amenities needed, with beach access a few houses down and close to downtown restaurants and shops!

We were very pleased with this beautiful, clean, spacious property and would stay here again. The kitchen was sparkling and the downstairs bathroom was a bonus we didn’t know we needed but ending up appreciating. Thank you, Kevin, for providing a property that gave us a home away from home.

Just the best spot. I used this space for my wedding weekend. All the girls got ready here in the morning. We had our first look at the Scituate Lighthouse, just a quick drive. We hosted a day-after party here, too, out on the deck. Everyone raved about the house. Hoping to rent it again in the future! Plus, Kevin is truly an amazing host.

This ocean front home was perfect for our family to spend time together while we were in town for a family event. The kitchen and bar area were perfect for cooking and hanging out. The living area has stunning views and the large deck was awesome. Each bedroom had its own bath, mini fridge, and balcony overlooking the ocean; which made everyone happy !! The location is perfect and an easy walk into town. The host was easy to communicate with and we had a great time. The sea wall construction is ongoing but it did not bother us or interfere with our plans. Thank you!!

Our stay was amazing. We used this as the bridal suite getting ready location on the day of my wedding and it was absolutely perfect. We stayed at this house for my wedding weekend with multiple family members and it was perfect. There was so much room for everyone to feel comfortable. Each room has a bathroom which is amazing. We were extremely disappointed by how misleading the listing for this property proved to be, particularly given that we paid over 1,000 per night for our stay. One of the main reasons we chose the property was its advertised beach access and the availability of kayaks and bikes, yet the reality was completely different. There was no normal access to the beach; the area immediately next door was an active construction site where a sea wall was being built, and reaching the beach meant navigating through the building works. The construction also involved the removal of approximately 40-foot metal piles, causing significant vibration and shaking throughout the property. As a result, the beachside experience and amenities we believed we were paying a substantial premium for simply weren’t available to us. We appreciate that construction work itself may be outside an owner’s control, but we strongly feel that its impact on the property and the advertised amenities should have been made clear to us before our stay. At this price point, we expected the property and experience to reflect what was advertised, and unfortunately we felt very let down.
