So many incredible preserved open spaces to explore. The community just acquired the cherished Cuesta Inlet to preserve the space for boats, people, and their dogs to stroll the bay pemananetly. 4 miles from Montana De Oro with sweeping vistas and miles of beaches, bluff and upland trails. Hiking, mountain biking, and artists come from everywhere to enjoy this unblemished terrain. There is so much to do for those who appreciate the unexploited California Coastal experience. Travel by Kayak across the Bay to the Dunes. The home has been recently redecorated and updated, but not yet completely remodeled. The cabinets are oak and the counter tops are tiled. If you are looking for high end modern, this would not be the place. The home is unapologetically circa 1986. We just added a large back deck with awning to enjoy the backyard on foggy mornings or misty nights.

Well behaved, totally house broken dogs are welcome with a $125.00 pet fee (No Cats)Your dogs will love the fenced yard and the walks on leash. Dogs cannot be left alone in the house or yard. Damage fee can be waived on request if you don't bring your dog.
