This condo was recently renovated and makes a wonderfully relaxing space to enjoy with family and friends. At night, you'll be treated to our luxury 100% viscose (made from bamboo fabric) sheets from Cozy Earth - an Oprah favorite! Perfectly located in lower Deer Valley, you have wonderful restaurants, bars and shopping all within walking distance. Also, easy access to public transit to get you to the slopes within minutes.

Master Bedroom - Loft area upstairs has King bed and a futon for extra sleeping room, TV with streaming and GORGEOUS ensuite bathroom with a beautiful stone laid walk-in shower and built in vanity!

Queen Bedroom - Downstairs you will find the second bedroom with a queen size bed, TV with streaming, and a work space!

Bunk Room - Next to the Queen bedroom you will find the bunk room with a queen size bottom bunk and twin top bunk. This room also has a TV with Roku!

2nd Bathroom - Next to the downstairs bedrooms you will find the second bathroom where you have the option of both a shower and bathtub.

Kitchen - Kitchen is open concept into the living room and is fully stocked with everything you need to cook a wonderful meal for the family. We stock the pantry with Olive Oil, Salt, and Pepper. We leave behind condiments from other guests but they are not guaranteed.

Living Room - Living room has a big comfortable couch perfect for lounging around after a day of exploring, TV with streaming, and a fireplace for added ambiance. In the living room you will find the sliding glass door to the deck.

Deck - The private deck has a hot tub, outdoor seating with table, and a propane powered grill. Its the perfect place to hang out, relax, and enjoy the view!

Parking - There is a parking garage with a clearance of 6'10" with 2 available spots for guests.

Guests have access to the whole condo with the exception of one small lockout closet.

The property has independent check-in, but we are available via text or phone prior to and during your stay.
