The Space:

Winter waves roll steadily just beyond the glass, filling the space with the rhythm of the Pacific as you settle in for a quiet evening by the fire. Steam rises from the hot tub on the oceanfront patio, and the cool coastal air sharpens every sound of the surf. Mornings arrive slowly here - mist on the horizon, coffee in hand, and uninterrupted ocean views right outside your door.



The studio is designed for two guests and laid out on a single level with no stairs. The open great room brings the sleeping, living, and dining areas together into one comfortable space oriented toward the water. A queen bed anchors the room, positioned to enjoy the view, while the living area offers a relaxed place to unwind after time on the beach.



Living space

Central heating and an electric fireplace make the studio especially inviting during the winter months, creating a cozy setting for fireside evenings as storms move offshore. A TV, WiFi, and an Ethernet connection support quiet nights in, while a dedicated workspace is available in a common space if you need to stay connected during your stay.



Kitchen & dining

The full kitchen overlooks the ocean and provides space to cook at your own pace. With stainless steel appliances and a dining table set for two, meals stay simple and unhurried, whether you’re preparing breakfast or settling in with a warm dinner while watching the waves.



Bathroom

The full bathroom features a standing shower and bathroom essentials, offering a comfortable place to refresh after a walk along the shore or a long soak in the hot tub.



Outdoor living

Step outside onto your private oceanfront patio or balcony to experience the coast year-round. The private hot tub is available in every season, making winter sunsets and star-filled nights especially memorable. Outdoor furniture and an electric BBQ extend the living space outdoors when weather allows.



Location & access

Set directly on the waterfront, the studio offers private beach access so you can walk straight from the property onto the sand. A private entrance, free parking on the premises, and free street parking make arrivals and departures easy.



This studio is well suited for couples or solo travelers seeking a peaceful coastal stay centered on ocean views, quiet evenings, and effortless access to the beach throughout the year. Pets are not allowed.



Guest Access:

We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in.

Blue Pacific by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 2 weeks prior to arrival by email and text message.



• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

The Beachside Retreats complex (formerly, Romantic Retreats) is located in Lincoln City from Highway 101 and offers all oceanfront properties with direct beach access right from the property. The complex is made up of two oceanfront buildings (duplex, 4-plex) and onsite complex parking. Beachside Retreats is located in the quiet Wecoma Beach neighborhood, featuring unique direct beach access from the property. Walk the sands and search for hidden gems along the beaches, perhaps find a hidden glass float to take home from the Finders Keepers float fairies of Lincoln City, then head back to your private getaway and relax in the luxury of your private beachfront condo and soak in your tub watching the waves.

Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7, including our afterhours emergency service.
