The Space:

The Pacific sets the rhythm here - rolling waves, winter light shifting across the water, and the quiet comfort of being wrapped in ocean views while the coast does what it does best. Inside, warmth and calm meet expansive scenery, with the beach stretching out just beyond the glass. Even on cooler days, the sense of being right on the shoreline never fades.



The space

This entire condo is a corner end unit with a single-level layout and no stairs, designed to keep everything easy and open. Over 34 feet of oceanfront windows frame the living area, filling the space with natural light and uninterrupted views of the Pacific. A fireplace anchors the room for cozy evenings, while smart TVs and WiFi make it easy to settle in after a day outside.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo sleeps up to four guests across two bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a pillow top king bed and looks out toward the water, offering a peaceful place to unwind. The second bedroom includes a pillow top queen bed, creating a comfortable setup for couples or friends traveling together. Both bedrooms have access to full bathrooms.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen is fully remodeled and set up for preparing meals at home, with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and ocean views that follow you from prep to table. A dining area seats four, making it easy to linger over breakfast or enjoy a relaxed dinner in from the coast.



Outdoor living

Step out onto the large private oceanfront deck and take in the season’s moody skies and sweeping shoreline. A private hot tub sits on the deck and is available year-round, offering a front-row seat to crashing waves and cool coastal air. A BBQ grill and outdoor seating round out the space, giving you options for fresh-air moments whenever conditions allow.



Location

The condo is part of Beachside Retreats in the quiet Wecoma Beach neighborhood, with unique on-site beach access directly from the complex. From here, it’s easy to walk the sand, watch winter surf roll in, or head out to nearby restaurants, shops, and local attractions throughout Lincoln City.



Good to know

This is a no pet home. Self check-in with a smart lock is provided, along with free parking on the premises and on the street.



Guest Access:

We offer convenient keyless door codes for self-check-in.

Blue Pacific by Portoro uses smart locks with check-in details provided 2 weeks prior to arrival by email and text message.



• Early check-ins or late check-outs: If the property happens to be ready earlier than the standard 4 pm check-in time on the day of your arrival, in most cases an early arrival option may be available when confirmed with the main office. Late check-outs must be confirmed with main office staff prior to the date of departure.

The Beachside Retreats complex (formerly, Romantic Retreats) is located in Lincoln City from Highway 101 and offers all oceanfront properties with direct beach access right from the property. The complex is made up of two oceanfront buildings (duplex, 4-plex) and onsite complex parking. Beachside Retreats is located in the quiet Wecoma Beach neighborhood, featuring unique direct beach access from the property. Walk the sands and search for hidden gems along the beaches, perhaps find a hidden glass float to take home from the Finders Keepers float fairies of Lincoln City, then head back to your private getaway and relax in the luxury of your private beachfront condo and soak in your tub watching the waves.

Interaction with Guests:

Blue Pacific Vacation Rentals by Portoro communicates via email and phone. After a booking is confirmed, rental agreement will be emailed to the guest for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message 14 days (or less) prior to arrival date (keyless entry). We offer convenient keyless entry for self-check with no need to stop in at a local office. We do typically check in with guests by text 1-2 times during their stays to ensure a 5-star experience and remain available for any questions/inquiries. We are available to guests 24/7, including our afterhours emergency service.
