> 30 days rental only. This is a modern condo within <5 min walking distance from 7th street. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath. It has a medium size dog door with access to a small backyard! It is pet friendly with a small non-refundable one time fee. A Jacuzzi is in the backyard. One king mattress is in the master bedroom. Queen mattresses are in the two guest bedrooms. An extra twin mattress, couch and air mattress can accommodate more guests.

Close to everything but quiet

This was such a fun little condo. It was walking distance to a Super Target, Starbucks, tons of food places and Christmas lights but it was very quiet and private. We would definitely stay here again. There were tons of cute little touches throughout the house for guests - human and canine.
