Enjoy swimming fun at Burger’s Lake, local walking, biking & hiking trails nearby. Only 4.7 miles from the Historic Stockyards, 4.2 miles from Dickie's Arena, 6 miles from downtown Ft. Worth, 7 miles from Magnolia, 7 miles from the Medical District and 7 miles from TCU. This charming home is only 30 minutes away from AT&T stadium, Globe Life Park, Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, DFW Airport, and Texas Motor Speedway.

This cozy 2 bedroom home sleeps 5 and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay including a washer & dryer, fully stocked kitchen & bathroom, internet access, 45” Smart TV in the living room as well as books and games to enjoy during your time here. Each bedroom holds a queen bed, a Smart TV and large closet space with hangers and a dresser. A twin size roll away style bed is provided for a 5th guest in the master bedroom. The kitchen provides a 4-burner range/oven, full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave, Keurig coffee maker with coffee, plenty of cookware, dishes & flatware.

You will have exclusive, full use of the home along with a private front entrance & backyard. You will have access to the interior of the home, backyard, and parking in the driveway. Parking is available on the street but it is very limited. Please do not park in the driveway of the resident next door.

Other things to note:
This home is a duplex with residents located on the other side. Please do not disturb residents next door.

This little cottage is about a 8 minute drive to the Stockyards. It's in a quiet cul-de-sac with families. The location is peaceful and quiet but close enough to downtown and other amenities of Fort Worth

Great location

Great little duplex at a reasonable price. Fantastic location! We had an event at Will Rogers Memorial center. The duplex was 10 minutes away and close to many restaurants and stores. Adorable rental with beautiful decor.

Fort Worth Girls Weekend

The check in process was exceptionally easy. The property was cute, clean and felt vwry comfortable. The host was wasy to communicate with and the check out process was as wasy as the checkin process. If Iam back in the Fort Worth area, I will definitely check to see if Niki's peoperties are available for booking.

Charming & Clean Home

Overall, the place was very clean and super charming. They host was incredible in responding about a couple minor things and went above and beyond to accommodate. This is a 2 family residence with another family next door but there were no issues at all. Neighborhood seemed a little uneasy at first but again we had no issues and everyone we encountered was very friendly. I would definatley recommend this home.
