Ponderosa Paradise is nothing short of an amazing place to be. This cabin studio located beneath the main house is gorgeous. It doesn't take long to feel right at home. Newly renovated with a full kitchen.

Take a short 1 minute walk and you're right in the heart of downtown Twain Harte where you'll find groceries, dining, coffee, shopping, mini golf, public park, tennis courts, bars and live music!

The Space:
This listing includes exclusive access to the entire lower half of the home, complete with a sepparate entrance, outdoor space, kitchen, bedroom, kitchen and dining area.

The top half of the home has an additional 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchen and includes exlusive acess of the wraparound deck as well as the sepparate game room cabin located at the back of the property.

If you have additional guests and would like to rent both units together, please let me know as we can group the reservations together and provide discounted pricing.

- Our home is equipped with one outdoor security camera
- There is no AC in the downstairs studio, however it stays very, very cool due to the natural insulation of the hill and being located under the main home.

Guest Access:
We have keyless entry and you will be provided with your own unique code upon reservation. We have 4 parking spaces located on the property. Please only use two parking space, as the other two are reserved for the top unit.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is at the center of the pine forest in downtown Twain Harte. You'll find yourself just looking around and asking yourself "how tall do you think these trees are?". The property is located less than a minute away to downtown and on the weekends, you'll hear live music ROCKING from downtown. We recommend walking over to Eproson house and checking it out!
