The home has a total of 1 king and 2 queen beds across 2 bedrooms that are comfortable, private and thoughtfully put together. The bedrooms both have Roku TVs.

Bedroom 1: 1 King Bedroom 2: 2 Queens Bathroom: Large, modern shower with linens, soap, shampoo and a hair dryer. Kitchen: Cooking in-house is a breeze with a fully appointed kitchen! It is well stocked with a coffee maker, pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils.
Please note, there is a potential for noise at this property as it is one apartment in a 2 apartment standalone duplex home, and the other unit may be occupied by other guests in another party. This unit is on the 1st floor and the other unit is above.

Our guests love how close the neighborhood is to Atlanta favorites and conferencing sites and the rarity to find such a large home so close in to the city.

Unfortunately, I am not surprised to see a retaliatory negative review, as Wency displayed total disregard for the property and our house rules, smoking inside, disturbing the neighbors by partying and then thoroughly trashing the home. He is one of the only guests out of thousands where we've ever had to keep a security deposit. I hope future guests can see past this one to our many wonderful reviews.

Excellent and budget friendly
This house is just as advertised. Quaint and minimal in a great location. My two boys and I stayed here and had a very easy time getting to the aquarium and to Stone Mountain. Lots of really cool, local breweries within 5 minutes. No Keurig but coffee and filters were in the cabinet. Remodeled bathroom is spacious and pretty. Beds were comfy. We all have phones so the lack of TVs in the bedrooms was not a deterrent. This is an older house so it's a bit drafty but if you bring slippers and you'll be happy. Definitely a fabulous and budget friendly place to stay. Our full, two-day stay with two bedrooms, kitchen, and living space was cheaper than one night in a single hotel room where we would have had no privacy, no cooking space, and no separation. Definitely recommend.

Convenient location and great host!
The property is spacious, comfortable and clean. On a street of the west end that has been renovated, and absolutely safe part of the neighborhood. Close proximity to cool new breweries and tap rooms. It was really conveniently located for our short trip and we visited the zoo and the aquarium, only a 10 min drive.
If you’re going to cook a lot I would recommend adding some cooking spray, basic spices and Tupperware to your grocery list but that’s all you’ll need! Would definitely stay again

We needed to change locations at the last minute because we needed more space so I will be commenting on a different location but...
the house was very clean.
Communication with owner was a breeze. We were actually pretty high maintenance with our request however they were extremely patient and accommodating. The house was in a great location. Convenient to everything. The houses around were mixed. Some newly renovated and some not... We didn't have any issues or feel unsafe.
This is not " the hood" it's just a transitioning area.
Would definitely stay here again or any one of their properties. They seem to really care about the guest experience.
Oh and msttresses on bed in Master was top quality!
We enjoyed soul food at Big Daddys in college park. Get the oxtail. We hiked in Suwanee. The house had a manual listed of suggested places to eat and visit.
They've thought of everything.
