THE BASICS:
-- 2 Bedroom/1 Bath unit located in Landmark Condos in Downtown Atlanta. This condo has some of the best mobility in the city: the MARTA station just two blocks down the street and provides quick access to the rest of the city and the airport. From the door of the apartment, it takes 30 minutes to make it to the Atlanta Airport via MARTA.

-- Two bedroom with two Queen bed and two couches in living room to convert into bed. All linens are included in the closet spaces.
-- Two bedrooms with two convertible couches for 6.
-- Fully functional bathroom and kitchen.
-- Wifi & Cable included(Comcast basic plan).
-- Gas stove, Microwave, Refrigerator,Coffee Maker
-- A/C (You can only adjust the air flow amount. The building controls the starting date every year, normally it is around March. Please check the details before you book)
-- Heating (Building controls the starting date every year, normally it is around Oct. Please check the details before you book)
-- Laundry: There is a laundry room in the basement of the building. You have access to this.
--Free Parking: The condo comes with one free parking space. If you require an extra space, it will an additional cost and based on availability. Any questions about this- just ask!

Apartment fine location not family friendly

The apartment was as pictured and lovely. The building and parking lot were sketchy. The building reeked of weed and there were people selling drugs by the elevators and from our parking spot so we had to find alternative parking. It was not what I had in mind when I brought my young children to Atlanta for Easter. It would be fine if you were on a more adult vacation I suppose.

Close to downtown Atl.

The property was ok however if you have children please beware that you will smell (weed/pot)all over the building incluiding your room and space all day all night because of the vents, since we had our children with us this was a big NO for us. I would like to be honest and point that out since my baby is only 1 the smell was unbearable (if you are staying with children). On the positive side she responded quickly and was very nice, check in process takes a while and theres a lot of rules set for the stay process and fees, which compared to the building the stay and the loud noice it is not worth it.

Spacious 2 BEDROOM Apartment with an amazing view!

Atlanta has a reputation for crime, at this location I did not feel unsafe. This apartment is only located 3 blocks from Marta PEACHTREE Center station. This rental is within walking distance to Centennial Olympic Park, the Coke Museum, the Georgia Aquarium, CNN Center, GA Tech, and other restaurants and entertainment venues.This apartment is also right next to the on-ramp for I-75/85 and I-20, so getting around by car is also very convenient. This rental includes one parking space that is under surveillance cameras and amenity saves you from having to pay for parking. The rental was clean, comfy and cute! It is located on the 21st floor and the view is amazing! The host is easy to work with and communicates quickly. The only complaints I had during my stay here was that the 24 Hr concierge was discourteous. It was made very clear that the concierge was there to only get paid but not to work. I was informed to have ID and sign in the front by the host. My ID was never checked I never signed in and when I asked where the parking spot was located, I was informed around there! So the rest of my stay I entered and exited through a side door to avoid the concierge. I do recommend that if you are not use to the big city life to make sure you bring earplugs due to some cars traveling 75/85 and I-20 can have loud exhaust systems that can make it hard to sleep if you need complete silence. I came prepared I had no problems sleeping. I would book here again.

Good location

The unit was as seen in the pictures. Some stains on towels and sheets, and hair in bathroom, but overall clean, just needs minor repair work and touch up. Faucets loose, drain in very slow. All minor in my opinion just could be better. Beds were comfortable, and kitchen was newly remodeled.The building is old, front desk staff not super helpful, but did their job. Its a condo, not a hotel. The elevator, stairs and hallways were a constant smell of weed. The back parking lot seems to be the place to smoke as well. None of this is the fault of the owner, just very notable all weekend long. Stairwell door off parking was left unlocked during the day, which seems to defeat the purpose of a front doorman, but at night when locked, the key fobs didn't work except at the front door, which was annoying but not a huge issue. Location is great, which sold us on the property. Quick access to Uber and Lime scooters/bikes, which were a god send in the ridiculous Atlanta traffic.Compared to hotels for downtown, it was a decent price and location was great. None of my complaints made me want to leave, just think with a little work it would be a really nice unit. Had minor issues at check-in with the wifi and fan, but response was immediate and resolved within 15 minutes.

Weekend getaway

We had a long weekend to stay and this was a great spot in between the places we wanted to visit. Owner was very responsive and accommodations were clean and cute! This was our first VRBO experience and it was a great one!

Very disappointing

The property manager was difficult to communicate with prior to the trip. We arrived to an uncleaned rental. The property owner refunded our cleaning fee- and we cleaned. She offered a cleaning crew the for the next day. The building is under construction. There was no water in the morning on our 4th day. There was no hot water once it was restored for the remainder of our trip. The fire alarm for the building went off periodically for 2 days. The pool was green in the deep end. If we could have left and been refunded, we would have- but everything including hotels were booked. The rental itself is very cute inside and looks like the pictures. It's a shame there were so many issues.

Great location

This was a great location for wanting to be near the Mercedes Benz stadium and all things downtown. The parking was easy and nice to have since parking can get expensive. My only notes are to mention that the building itself seems as though it’s under renovation so it didn’t look wonderful as we pulled up (large dumpster in the front of the entrance) but the unit itself was exactly as pictured. Lastly, the air conditioner didn’t work in one of the bedrooms/living room so it was a bit warm when we were hanging out. Definitely tolerable, but would have preferred it to be a bit cooler. Otherwise, great hosts and perfect location for our needs!

Great Location

The property was centrally located in downtown Atlanta. Many of the sights we could walk to or a very short Uber ride. The inside of the apt was very nice and looked just like the pictures. The host responded very quickly to our questions. Unfortunately, this is an old building and it’s undergoing major renovations. Due to this there was construction and fan noises all around. Not sure if we would stay again in this building.

ATL Short Stay

I was very impressed with the condo. It was nice on the inside and location was GOOD! I did not like the fact that we got stranded in the elevator for 30 mins. Also, the building itself needs some TLC!

Guests NOT included in the reservation are NOT allowed to stay in the condo overnight.
No parties allowed in the house.
1. There is no camera inside Apt.
2. There is camera set by HOA on each floor in the hall way .
3. There are camera in the lobby and common area in the building.
4. There is security system at the entrance of building ( butterflyMx) which open the door only when guest has the code to open the building door. That code will be provided to guest by host.

The building Pool and Gym are unavailable to Airbnb guests.

NO SMOKING, NO VAPING. If smoking found you will be fined at least $250.

No parties allowed in the house.

Check out time is 11am. Late check out need to be discussed with host and be agreed upon.
NO PET in the building unless service pet with documentation. Unauthorized pet will result in fine around $600.

This is a residential building, please keep the noise to a minimum.

The Landmark building was built in 1963 and in doing so the air conditioning and heat are from the same area. Only the building has control over the thermostat, unfortunately. In each condo, It only controls the speed, and force of the air. So some times the weather outside will affect the temperature in the condo. Every year during March and Nov, guests might feel too warm or too cold, we will provide fans/ space heaters during that time. Please ask us the details before you book.

LIABILITY WAIVER: By booking you and the other members in your party as THE GUESTS agree to release THE HOSTS/OWNERS from all liability, including financial responsibility relating to injuries & personal property damage that may occur during your stay. You understand that using any amenities (including the pool & hot tub), walking around the complex and climbing of stairs anywhere on the property is at your own risk. You accept full responsibility for any injuries arising during your time at the property.
