Dillon’s central location on the Dillon Reservoir make this condo a fantastic choice any time of year! It’s an easy stroll to town and the Dillon Marina. In the winter, Keystone Resort is just seven miles away, and there’s a free shuttle bus stop to the resort that’s a 3-minute walk from the condo. Marina Place Condo is a great choice for you and your group!

This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo has a great layout for up to six people. The spacious living area is well lit by big windows; there’s a floor-to-ceiling rock gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV, too. Just outside, there’s a patio for relaxing and taking in the views of the Dillon Marina! The full kitchen features quartz counters and all the gear you’ll need to whip up snacks and full mountain meals. The dining table seats four, and there’s room for three at the counter.

Other amenities a shared indoor pool and hot tub, onsite laundry facilities, complimentary Wi-Fi, and parking for two vehicles. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Really clean and spacious place that was in a convenient location. Super close to all ski resorts. Would highly recommend would come back for a future stay!

wonderful stay

House is clean and plenty space for two of us, very comfortable. Management co. had quick response every time you have a question, supper communications, they even give us a extra time to check out, very helpful.

Lovely, cozy place!

We stayed for two nights and it was SO nice- exactly as described! We loved the proximity to A-basin and enjoyed exploring the small shops & general area in Dillon. All furniture was so comfortable! We especially enjoyed dipping in the hot tub after a long day of skiing, since it was only a 2 min. walk away from our door.

Nice location, could use a couple refreshes

All in all this is a nice condo for the price point. Great location. Place was clean upon arrival and check-in was easy. Would be nice to have hand soap provided in the bathrooms. Also, the sliding glass door to the deck is very difficult to open. A quick repair would be nice. One hot tub is out of service and the other with the small pool are serviceable but not outstanding.

Spacious, comfortable, clean, convenient

This place is perfect, and the property management people are terrific. We particularly liked the location, which is 15 minutes from Keystone and just a few minutes from groceries, restaurants, and other shopping. The layout is great, with a bench just inside the door to put on and take off boots. There's plenty of room, and although there were only two of us, the place could comfortably accommodate four. I hope we can stay here again.

Enjoyable vacation in Dillon…

Good location in Dillon, easy access to main highways. Located in quiet residential area with partial view of Lake Dillon. Condo was clean and tidy, with all the required facilities. Unfortunately, the condo could do with TLC - broken blinds (crudely repaired with sticky tape), carpet marks in few areas and a missing tile on the master bedroom bathroom floor. As a result of raising these issues with the property agents a 10% refund was accepted. The aforementioned did not detract from a wonderful Colorado vacation with great skiing.

Pros; 1.Comfortable beds 2.Well equipped 3.Good central location to attractions 4. Mgt company very helpful Cons: 1. 30 steps to navigate no elevator may be issue for some 2. Master bath has shower only and it was very tiny and shower head very low. So if over 5.10 or girthy may be an issue

Convenient condo by Dillon Reservoir

Great location and decent view. Good supply of paper/soap. Cleanliness was average. Awkward access to deck. Communication difficult. It took 45 minutes to straighten out confusion about rental agreement before we could check in. A phone call the day before from them would have helped clarify situation.

Not Bad But Some Issues

Reviewer Comments: Location is good, price was fair but there were some issues: No dishwasher detergent we had to buy our own, light bulbs were out in both bedrooms we replaced one of them, placed smelled a little funny and we noticed the air freshener plug ins were dried up/ needed to be replaced, and there was females hair on my pillow so I’m not sure if linens were actually clean. Both side tables legs in the living room were about to break and come apart.

Cozy with a great hot tub!!

This was a nice property for the price. It was clean and good sized and made us feel like we were in the mtns during Xmas Break. I think this was one of the best hot tubs we've experienced at a VRBO. It was hot, clean and indoors. The location of the property was perfect for the garage too. I'd stay here again.
