The host was good The bed, however, not the best mattress. The shower in one of the rooms is made for the smallest of peopleBut overall clean. Good location. Inexpensive if that is what you are looking for.

My friends and I had a great time at this cozy condo, in easy driving distance to multiple major resorts. It is clean, with easy check in/out, near to town, yet quiet and peaceful. I'd stay here again!

The location is great and has basic essential amenities. Shared hot tub was used daily. Appreciated the extra towels and places to hang ski gear.

Quiet and Cozy cabin feel

Overall a nice stay! We arrived at night so locating the letter on the condo building was a little challenging but overall easy to get to. Love the decor of the living area Bedrooms were good Bathrooms are outdated but worked fine and carpeting could use a replacement

Sky Summit TreeHouse Review

Everything was just what we needed and we enjoyed the rental very much. I only had two real inconveniences. 1) The internet was minimal, at best 2) The halls/ floors are not sound proof, so you hear a lot of what is going on in the building (not a big deal, other than one night)

Good, but easily could be better

Potentially the condo could be great for up to 4 adults. There are some issues that need to be resolved. a. There is a steel shelf in the "master bathroom" that has a nasty corner and mounted right above the toilet. I immediately identified the danger but even so hit it 3 times and raised blood once. It is a danger and has to be removed. b. The unit has good water pressure but there is virtually NO PRESSURE in the Master bedroom shower to the extent that I had to shower in the other bathroom where the water pressure was a bit better. The heads need to be changed or at least flushed. There was only 2 of us for this visit, the situation would have been a disaster with 4! c. The carpet is potentially fine, but it needs stretching to eliminate the "waves" that are ugly and a tripping issue d. There is 1 small window in each bedroom and just the glass sliding door in the living room/kitchen and even with all the lights on the interior is very dim. The only place I could read is on the kitchen table. It was virtually impossible to sort dark cloths in both bedrooms. 2 of the bulbs were not working. The 24V lighting in the living room is obviously temporary. New lighting is needed. d. The online parking registration is amateurish and awkward' e. The recreation club with hot tub is great - finding it was the hard part. f. The refrig seems new but the handle is missing. g. There is only 2 hangers in the whole place! Crazy. GOOD: Clean, bedding, location, gym, gas fire, kitchen.

Pros: Centrally located for quick trips to Breckenridge, Copper Mountain. Great amenities (pool, hot tubs, game room) for families. Quick to respond to questions/concerns. Quite unit with pretty views.Cons: Hard to find in the dark. Building letter signs are not lit-so arrive during daylight. Maintenance person on property couldn't even help us find the condo. Key to the clubhouse was not in the unit upon arrival, but was delivered to the unit on the second day.
